These folks are new, and they are working hard for our business. GEG moved the FBO base, so the first time I came in, I didn't know exactly what I was looking for. Their guys were the first ones out on the ramp waving me in, and they even had a red carpet! When their (stretch) limo wasn't available, they just handed me the keys to a rental to pick my my folks at the main terminal. They are just great folks.

Highly recommended! Over the top customer service. When I needed accommodations for the night, Sheena quickly booked me a room, at a greatly discounted rate, at the Davenport. Paul gave me a limo ride to the hotel's front door. Danielle was just as excited to help when I departed the following day. I'm going to return to Spokane, just to receive the great service of XN Air and the Davenport Hotel.

Flew in in a C-150 and was treated like it was a jet. I had over 100lbs of bags and was meeting people in town. They drove me to meet them in a limo!!! The line guy said the limo would be best because all the bags and I wouldn't need to get a ride back the next day. They would come pick me up. Excellent service. This is the best FBO I have ever been too!!! All this for a 21-year-old kid flying back from school.

This has to be the most helpful FBO that I have ever seen. CSR Danielle is very professional but also has a refreshing sense of humor. Eric and the other line guys were running out to greet my little 172 and they bent over backward to accommodate every request. Hangar space was very reasonable and I had liberal use of a pretty decent crew car. This is the place to go at GEG!

One of the best FBO I have been to. They meet me (in my RV7a) with the red carpet. I arrived for a 1-night stay in Spokane and XN Air was first class all the way. The staff was very friendly. The only FBO I will go to in Spokane. Thanks

I have had two very pleasurable experiences with XN Air. Each time the folks there have gone beyond 100% to ensure that we had everything we needed. All this even though we only have a lowly 172N model! I will go out of my way to fuel up in Spokane at XN Air because of their excellent service.

This is a fantastic FBO! On Sunday, 9/30/07 got weathered in from Sandpoint ID to Tacoma, WA in our C210. Even though it only took 10 gallons to top off the tanks we were treated like we had our own personal concierge. They suggested the Davenport Hotel, a wonderful, restored luxury hotel that my wife and teenage daughter loved. XN Air arranged a discount price of $130 for a deluxe suite instead of the usual $230. They suggested great restaurants, shopping, etc., and, in general, turned an unplanned stop into a great experience for my family. They went out of their way to treat us like royalty! I will stop here again next time in Spokane! Thank you XN!

I'm a local pilot based just 25 miles away. Sometimes I will fly into XN 3 or 4 times a week just for fun. Every time I stop there I'm treated with the red carpet, and made to feel like I'm a high roller and I haven't spent a dime there yet. But when my 140 need something XN is the place. That's how you run a business!

Exercise caution! Spokane Airways ramp and XN ramp are immediately adjacent to one another off the C taxiway and completely unmarked. NO Spokane Airways sign so easy to park on the wrong ramp.

One of the best FBO experiences I have had. Let XN Air know you are coming and the red carpet will be waiting. The guys on the line are very helpful and they know what they are doing. The desk clerk apologized over and over because she didn't have our rental car pull up to the plane before I came inside.

Nice guys, good service. Had my rental car ready and handled towing me from the Customs ramp over to their facility. Definitely will be using them on the next visit.

XN Air was great. Rental car was quick and easy to get; line crew most helpful. Ramp is crowded but they make it work. Good place to stop.

We arrived for a 3-night stay in Spokane and XN Air was first class all the way. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My young daughter wanted to know why they put out a red carpet below the step off our Cherokee. You cannot go wrong with people treating you like that. We'll be back!

As many do, I wondered about landing, parking and other fees at KGEG. There are none. XN Air rolled out the red carpet with assistance, fuel, transportation and perks. I had an engine driven fuel pump failure on my T210 during a recent flight to Spokane. They fit me into their very busy schedule immediately and fixed it at a very reasonable price. They get 5 stars from my wife and me. Jet or single, you are made to feel welcome. My thanks to all of the XN crew.

Great FBO. Pulled our Citation Jet into their hangar free of charge to warm it after very cold snowy overnight parking. No charge for the overnight parking. Excellent fuel prices and friendly service. Nice maintenance facility.

Stopped into XN after flying 3500 miles, it was a long day and it was late. Ben met us at the Customs ramp to park us, towed us back to the FBO and even had the hotel shuttle there waiting on us. If half the FBO's out there could be this good, it would be a wonderful world! The ONLY place to stop in Spokane.

We have been to XN Air twice, both times treated way above expectations. Fast, courteous service, extremely friendly staff, new lobby and facilities. Sounds like allot of high praise I know, but you won't be disappointed. Top notch all the way around.

I recently passed through Spokane while ferrying a B-26 and used the services of XN Aviation. Due to various reasons we were not able to take on any more fuel but the people at XN treated us like we had just bought 1,000 gallons. We had a minor problem and because the XN people were willing to help us with their resources we were able to repair it ourselves quickly. I have traveled a great deal moving aircraft and I have to say that the service we received at XN was fantastic despite the fact we didn't actually purchase any fuel from them. The next time I pass through Spokane I know where I will stop.

We parked at XN Air on Sep 16 and stayed for three days. They hangared our plane for a reasonable price, and provided excellent service, including arranging for a car at their front door. The low fuel price was a bonus. Previous flights were into Felts. GEG and XN is the better choice.

April of 2005 I made a comment about Spokane Airways. They took advantage of their status of being the only FBO on the field, as well as their relationship with U.S. Customs, I.E. You had to meet Customs on their ramp...And then they nailed you for a $20 ramp fee. A new day has arrived and with it comes a new player, XN Air. By the way, Customs now checks you in next to XN Air, since that is where their new office is. :=)) Competition is a great thing. Check the fuel differences between the FBO's. In fact you won't find lower fuel prices at the vast majority of a/p within 150 miles. Dramatic. Pilot lounge and staff @ XN Air won't take a back seat to any FBO. So friendly, helpful and prompt. Refreshing. Oh, by the way, you don't have park you plane out in the 'back 40' which is required @ the other FBO. Forget walking in the rain and wind. Thank you XN. Competition is a good thing!

Stopped at XN Air for fuel and a break on 8/19/06 and again on 8/23/06. The staff treated us like royalty - red carpets, polished the windshield, and loaned us a car to go into town for lunch. Highly recommended.

After considering Felts across town, decided to fly-in here for a week of vacation. Excellent "red carpet" treatment (literally). Stayed 5 days and paid no tie-down fee with a fuel purchase. They handled my fuel order over the phone and we departed hassle-free. A good FBO.

I had the pleasure of doing business with XN when a recent trip required a change of routing due to weather. They arranged a rental car on short notice and were able to get us an SUV to haul all our junk. Very helpful folks, and the fuel price was pretty reasonable for an air carrier field (actually quite a bit cheaper than at the local GA reliever, SFF).
