I flew into HHR this morning in my Seneca. Million Air parked me right at the front door of the FBO. I gave them a credit card for fuel and got a cup of coffee while the line guy took my bags right from the airplane to the rental car which was waiting right outside, engine running, with the air conditioning on and the door open and my luggage stowed. From touchdown to driving off the property was eight minutes. EXCELLENT SERVICE - Highly Recommended! I'll be back next weekend.

From Derek Barrington on 26-Jun-2008
I came to LA for work and upon arriving I got a call from my Mom that my Dad had been rushed to the hospital. The staff at Million Air HHR was more than helpful and worked with me since I had to come and go several times to Redlands and back to be with my family and pick people up at LAX and shuttle them to the hospital to see my Dad. When I came back several days’ later 3 separate people asked how my father was and if there was anything they could do to make things easier. I will be back to Million Air HHR in the future for sure and you should check them out as well..

From Reg Cooper on 19-May-2008
I was really impressed with the hardworking, customer service oriented people who work at Million Air KHHR this past weekend. I traditionally have flown into Santa Monica in our 421 and A36 aircraft. However, I have never been overly impressed with the attitude of the KSMO big FBO toward smaller aircraft. I highly encourage other aviatiors to try KHHR Million Air as an alternative. Their prices are fair for the high level of service and smiles you will receive with your piston aircraft.

From Dorothy & Rod Thomas on 09-May-2008
Stopped at Million Air/Hawthorne on May 8, 2008 for the afternoon. OUTSTANDING service from the line crew and the office personnel. Very friendly and down to earth. Their location at the east end of the runway is convenient... We taxied right up to the front door. Our car was ready for us and the Million Air folks took the time to provide perfect driving directions for us. This location is very convenient, both to fly into and then to drive into LA. Rich Dunaway, Director of Operations, personally helped us prepare for departure, right down to the water bottles. We will definitely be back.

From Julie-Ann Nydegger on 02-May-2008
Thanks to the great folks at Million Air Hawthorne. From setting up our hotel and catering to the great above and beyond service we got, everyone did a great job. I've been to many many FBOs around this country and I've never seen so many upbeat smiling faces ready to assist you in any way. The boss absolutely loved the gift which they thoroughly enjoyed on the flight home. Cheers from the flight crew of N710R!

From Gregory Beck on 17-Apr-2008
Flew our Robinson helicopter into HHR for a meeting at a business adjacent the airport and was very pleasantly surprised by Million Air. Echoing some statements below, not all FBO's are exactly 'helicopter-friendly' but Million Air was professional, friendly, and helpful. Fine food and service at Nat's too. This is my LAX transfer parking spot from now on.

From Grant King on 10-Apr-2008
I've traveled to HHR a few times to ferry passengers to/from LAX and have to say, MillionAir has to be one of the best FBOs in the country. Great facilities staffed with friendly and profession people who are happy to provide their services whether you buy fuel or not. Show up with a Skylane or a Gulfstream and you'll be offered the same red carpet service.

From Yves Bajulaz on 25-Mar-2008
We were at Million Air KHHR on 03-12-08 with a C210. Amazing service, red carpet treatment and all, shuttle ride to the racetrack. Andre was absolutely on top of it. Thanks a lot.

From John Glance on 05-Mar-2008
Flew in 4th march. As good as it gets, service, reception, facilities, courtesy car. Ramp fee waived with fuel purchase.

From Tim Lynn on 26-Feb-2008
I had the pleasure of the great line service at HHR on the morning of 2-25-08. I fly the KCBS 2 helicopter and have been treated poorly at other airports. Some will not let me land and others put me so far from the FBO I get soaked walking in. NOT at HHR Million Air. I was met by Rich Dunaway who parked me right out front and had the fuel truck waiting for me to shut down. I was even able to go in and have a real breakfast with being told to move out, like other airports I have visited. So thank you to the folks at the new Million Air LA @ HHR, you are my new fuel stop on the Westside of town.

From Todd McKellar on 12-Feb-2008
I just wanted to pass on the phenomenal service I received on February 11th, 2008. I stopped by to transfer my daughter to a flight out of LAX and the service was outstanding. Fuel was reasonable and they waived the facility fee with a minimal purchase. The staff was superior; they provided me a crew car (Jaguar) to drive my daughter to the terminal, a real gem. I would highly recommend Million Air (Hawthorne) to anyone going to the LAX area. Thanks to everyone at Hawthorne.. Top Notch

From Todd Ericson on 07-Feb-2008
We flew a Baron into the basin for a 4-day conference near LAX. It was a toss up between KSMO and KHHR in terms of distance, but based on previous AirNav comments I chose Million Air. I was not disappointed. The staff went out of their way to ensure everything was taken care of from the rental car to staying open an extra hour and a half on Superbowl Sunday so that we could arrive after watching the game. Prices are extremely reasonable for the area - I'll definitely choose KHHR over KSMO in the future!

From Gary Sparks on 05-Feb-2008
I regularly use Santa Monica as a passenger drop off point for my LAX transfers. Not any more. I discovered the secret at Hawthorne this afternoon. Million Air provided the kind of customer service that should be seen more often in this industry. They had a car waiting for my passenger, fueled my plane, and had me departing with in a very short time. Special thanks to: Carly, Andre, and Hilarey! They are the very model of customer service. Call them! (310) 676-4673 You'll be amazed.

From Tobe Gooden on 23-Jan-2008
Jan 6, 2008 I left a Citation at Million Air for several weeks at a very reasonable rate. Fuel price was great and service was outstanding. I have switched to HHR from Santa Monica; it is superior in all respects. I highly recommend it.

From Cory Von Pinnon on 28-Dec-2007
Just wanted to spread the word that the folks at Million Air were awesome. Line service was fantastic, they let us borrow the crew car overnight since we had an early go the next morning, the ladies at the desk were very helpful, and the fuel price was a bargain. Facility was meticulous. Great job guys.... Keep it up.

From David Hanst on 02-Dec-2007
Stopped in on November 25th to drop my son off at LAX. The management is running a first class operation here and the staff was excellent. I was going to take a cab but they were gracious enough to allow us use of the crew car. I fueled up from the self-serve pump. My thanks to Million Air. I would recommend them to anyone, be it a GA aircraft or a corporate jet.

From Richard Swisher on 18-Oct-2007
HHR was a great place to fly into. Besides the interesting approach over busy roads, the airport itself was outstanding. On short final, I ask the tower if the landing lights were on and were informed they were on high. So much for being washed out by the city lights. I finally saw them on about a 1.5 mile final. Bruce at Million Air introduced himself as the manager, and welcomed me to their facility. The ladies in the office and the line crew are some of the best I have encountered anywhere and I travel to many FBO's. I would highly recommend their facility to anyone traveling in to the LA area. The gas prices are also great. Rick from Austin, Texas

From D. Willis on 08-Sep-2007
New general manager. Ramp fee for single engine airplane now $40, whether 5 minutes or full day.

From Guy deGramont on 07-Aug-2007
Great Service! I called ahead, the crew car was ready when we arrived, and the aircraft was refueled when we came back. We did not spend more than 5 minutes in the terminal. The line and desk personnel were all smiling. Million Air is the best and the crew car is a Jaguar!

From Robert French on 24-Jul-2007
I don't think I've ever found an FBO this good before. Arrived in a small piston single. Rental car waiting on the ramp with two cold bottles of water in it. The line guy fell over himself providing service. Plane fueled as requested at the guaranteed price. They even arranged for a plane wash on a Sunday afternoon for a reasonable price ($100) and the guy did a great job. Parking fee $10/night, one night waived with fuel purchase.

From Jon McNamara on 25-Jun-2007
Went there on June 21 to drop off pax for the LAX terminal. Million Air staff was awesome!! Prompt and courteous with the pax, shuttled all six of the pax to the terminal. Aircraft was fueled quickly by the line staff; CSR made sure that there would be a shuttle would be available. Huge emphasis on customer service, brand new facilities with great amenities. Highly recommended for anybody going to the LA area.

From Ken Reed on 06-Jun-2007
I was there May 23-25, 2007 and had a great experience. The rental car was waiting right outside the front door, fuel was delivered as ordered and the office staff was great to work with.

From Scott Dickey on 26-Apr-2007
I visited Million Air at HHR for the first time today. This is hands down the best FBO I've ever visited. The service was as good as it could possibly be and the facility is at the same level. The fuel might be a bit more than other places, but it is obvious they spend the profit on attracting and retaining really, really good people. I will actually go out of my way to return. Scott Aero Commander 500B

From Gina Bochicchio on 15-Apr-2007
This is the second time we have visited MillionAir and as always we are very happy. The staff was courteous and helpful. The first time they gave provided a ride to and from our destination (about 5 miles from the field) even though it was in the evening. The second time they provided a crew car for the whole day and it was a Jag!!! We had been planning to make the minimum fuel purchase to waive the ramp fee, but filled it up to show our appreciation. The price was very reasonable. Thanks from Gina and Paul and N252AV

From Gene Fraser on 17-Mar-2007
Great service all around, they treat GA like heavy metal. Ramp fee is waived with a fuel purchase. Great stop for food at Nats. Very close to Metro stop for runs into LA or LAX. Easy in and out under class "B" and across LAX via the Mini-Route or LA SFR.

From Mike Brannigan on 14-Mar-2007
Wow, it's even $15 to do a passenger pick-up from the cafe now. Apparently Million Air owns that whole apron in front of the FSS and down to the hangars. In a little C172, that's about $5/min -- and no bottle of water for us. :/ I'll be making other arrangements next time.

From JB Cockrell on 14-Feb-2007
Flew into HHW today in my Citation XL. It is obvious Million Air wants siphon business from LAX. They fell all over themselves offering service. The folks at the counter couldn't have been nicer. I'll be back.

From Cody Pierce on 14-Jan-2007
$15 to stop at Nat’s for a bite to eat with my student. Forget that!

From Dave Isono on 03-Dec-2006
I went there 12/1/2006. They are now MillionAir FBO. Nice people there and great service as soon as I pulled up.

From Ted Louis Glenn on 15-Nov-2006
I flew in this past weekend. Great service. After shutting down I was met at the plane's door with a cold bottle of water. They shuttled me over to the restaurant (near LAX) where I was meeting friends. The next day they picked me up at my motel (also near LAX), brought me to Nat's Cafe so I could eat lunch, and then picked me up after lunch to bring me back to the plane. Handling fee was waived with fuel purchase.

From Mike Walker on 14-Nov-2006
I regularly fly into Hawthorne to collect or meet people flying into LAX. I have had nothing but excellent service from Century; they are always there to meet you and can't seem to do enough to help you. Great FBO, I wish there were more like this.

From Gregg Beaty on 05-Nov-2006
I flew into HHR early on 11/1 for a business meeting at a LAX hotel. Was met right away and guided to parking. One of the Line guys drove me the 4 miles to the hotel with a smile. Upon returning, my pilot door was stuck and the guys helped me get it open. Fueled at a price less than advertised, I was off for home with no problems. All the staff was friendly and efficient. A great FBO when going to LAX area. Will become one of the Million Air FBO's soon but have had nothing but great service from them also. Thanks again Century,

From John L. Moss on 05-Aug-2006
Got a very friendly reception. I had them hangar the airplane (Piper Meridian), wash it, and fuel it. Cookies & drinks included - who could ask for more?

From Chris Pedersen on 23-Apr-2006
Even though the folks at Century have increased the overnight fees at the terminal next to Nat's cafe to $10/single/night, they do waive the first night's charge if you purchase gas from them. Great friendly service at both the main office and the refuelers. See you again soon.

From Jeff Zimmerman on 25-Mar-2006
Visited Century Aviation on March 23 flying C-172. Not hard to find the FBO, but had to make a 360 on the taxiway because no line service flagged us in and we weren't sure where to park. We parked at the base of the tower and walked through the hangar into the FBO. There they were more than friendly and offered me a ride to the terminal at LAX. No handling charge, but no services really rendered. I tipped the van driver well and I'll certainly be back. Tower controller was awesome!

From Rob Humble on 09-Mar-2006
All I can do is echo the positive comments of others here. A very friendly, helpful and professional staff. They provided a shuttle service to take us to the Hilton across the street from LAX and were willing to come pick us up at the end of the day. Surperb service.

From Michael Christie on 23-Dec-2005
I didn't find $10/night excessive at all considering the stellar service we received at Century. I can't remember an FBO that provided such a high level of service. I wish them great success as they build in the area. We'll be back.

From Michael L. Edwards on 14-Dec-2005
These guys just took over the transient parking at the airport terminal and raised the rates 67% to $10 per day. So if you want a full service FBO, they sound pretty good. If you just want to tie down for several days, go to Torrance.

From Joe Loschiavo on 05-Nov-2005
The best customer service I've ever seen at any FBO. Forget ever going to LAX or SMO again. If you can make do with the 5000 ft runway, this is the place to go. There is nothing that these guys won't try to do for you. They even dumped our lav... with no lav cart (they have a new one on order). They showed up early for our departure, gave us Starbucks coffee and food, fuel truck was ready to go and so was everything else that we needed.

From Gary Drean on 04-Oct-2005
One of the best FBO experiences I have had. Extremely friendly, helpful and punctual. I will go out of my way to patronize this business.

From Travis Holland on 13-Sep-2005
Another amazing visit to HHR. In addition to all the previously mentioned great service again, this time Dir of Maint Chris Miller dropped the six projects he was working on to spend 30 minutes repairing our stack covers. Then he refused to accept any payment. He did say he needed a new bicycle - any donations out there? HHR is a must stop if you are on the west side of the LA basin.

From Jim from Denver on 28-Jul-2005
Great FBO. Landed late July 2005. Very friendly. Went way out of their way to help with hotel, transportation etc. Highly recommended.
