Stopped in for Mogas with a known starter solenoid problem. Told Olie I would be hand propping, he said, let me do it, I've got a thousand of those under my belt. The Franklin was hot and needed more that a quick pull through. Olie jump started me from a pickup and I was on my way. Great guy and a great place to buy fuel. Mogas was $3.00 on the lasted load. Thanks,

I won't tell you my favorite fishing spot but I will say this is a great fuel/food stop. And a real gentleman runs it.

Excellent fuel stop on the way to Oshkosh. Fast in and out, very friendly. Close to the best Jet A price in the country! Will definitely stop in Harlan again.

On June 18, 2007 I landed for fuel. A/C wouldn't start so Olie and Gunar tried to jump. Thinking it was probably the starter, Olie called Barry of Denison Aviation (DNS). Gunar told me where the airport car keys were so went for a sandwich. Barry was there when I returned and had another starter installed and my plane back in the air to Virginia in under 3 hours. Remarkable! That kind of hospitality, friendliness and service makes me proud to be part of the General Aviation Community and a former Ioweegen. Thank you all again.
