I'd like to upgrade my previous comment. When I came back to the airport and got ready to leave, I found my airplane well taken care of and professionally tied down. I dropped the Go rental car off seamlessly, and was well treated on departure. My initial impression was harsh after a long flight. Thank you Johnny for the golf cart ride to the air. I'll see you next year.

There were no tiedown opportunities to secure the airplane for my weeklong stay with my twin Comanche. Hangar space was available at $400 for 5 days; I didn't do that. I insisted they move me from the front line, since king airs and jets would bounce me all over. Nowhere near the comfortable feel I had last year, leaving my airplane here. They were kind and responsive to my requests, yet the professionalism and experience didn't show through like the previous operators.

Came into Odyssey for a long weekend and requested a rental via their website. They called me shortly and offered a cheaper rate through Go Rental than Enterprise or National (which I was surprised). This was with some other member discounts and was met promptly on the ramp with the car. Prior to leaving I put in a fuel request with our ETD. When I arrived about 20 minutes after my planned departure time, I figured everything would be waiting on me. To my surprise, the plane hadn't been fueled, was pulled on line, and I had to prompt to get all that done. The CSR did apologize, and I know I'm just in a small twin and not a GV, but pay attention... It's not THAT hard. Delayed my departure at least 45 minutes. I'll more than likely be back, so let's try and tighten things up.

The staff at Odyssey Aviation, Kissimmee went out of their way to resolve a problem with a rental car that I scheduled myself. The rental car company did NOT deliver the car and lost the reservation even though I was given a confirmation number. The rental car company acknowledged the confirmation was valid, but refused to deliver a vehicle. The Odyssey staff was able to convince the rental car agency to make good on the reservation allowing my family to enjoy one of the local theme parks. In conclusion, the Odyssey staff really went above and beyond. We will be visiting Odyssey at all future visits to the area.

You will NEVER find a better FBO. I've got 27 years flying and these folks know how to operate. Be grateful that they are surviving these difficult times! I flew in my single engine, asked them to stay late and they did everything I asked. Met me at the plane with my rental car too! Always love flying into Odyssey. Great people!

Made an online reservation for an arrival. Followed up with a phone call to reserve a rental car. Left all the details with the receptionist who promised to send a confirmation email with the rental car details. Got a follow up email from the customer service manager asking if there was anything she could do. I told her about the rental and that I had passed all the data to the receptionist. Arrived to blank stares about our rental. No effort from the front office staff to remedy the problem short of giving me the local Enterprise number. No apologies or discounts when we left two days later. Only positive was the line staff was top notch. But the office staff and management had no clue. I will not be back.

Have always used Signature at ISM but decided to try these folks. Great experience! They are less expensive overnight and facility fee than Signature and give just as good service. Ansel Richardson fueled us promptly and offered a lift to and from the aircraft. He told me he had been there 15 years, which is exceptional these days where folks only stay in a line job for 15 minutes. He was exceedingly pleasant and has made sure I will not use any other FBO at ISM going forward. Nice savings and nice people...Great combination.

This was my first time visiting Odyssey FBO. I normally use Signature due to having an account setup with them, but I wanted to try a new FBO. Flew my personal plane in and pulled into the Odyssey ramp. The ground crew came out and met us and was very professional. Ramon was the one who greeted me and took care of everything I needed. Went inside took care of some flight planning etc. Spent a few hours in Orlando to have dinner, upon arriving back Ramon had the plane all fueled up and ready to go for me without any delays. Will definitely be using Odyssey anytime I come back into KISM over Signature FBO. Thanks again for all the help Ray!

Just had a first class experience for my Bonanza at Odyssey aviation at KISM and would highly recommend. Called for a hangar and spoke with Ansell the operations manager. He made sure the line crew was waiting and gave me a good price on the hangar. I called him again before departure. He not only had the plane ready but also was personally involved in making sure everything was OK. Make sure you ask for him.

Actually I would give Odyssey 5 stars but the local Hertz rental agency deserves 1 star at best, which tainted my overall experience.
