Stopped this past week on a cross-country, nice airport and facilities, a friendly airport. They offered a courtesy car but I had to keep going. Self serve pumps worked well. Good stop.

Good gas prices. Got the next to last tie down. Nice air-conditioned building with bathrooms. This great location to get to Lake Norris has been found out. There was a Phenom 300 a TBM and a King Air there when we arrived. The friendly brothers running the place helped us park and did not charge us a tie down fee.

I have been coming here for years. Great airport close to my in-laws and Norris Lake. Easy self-service fuel. They did add a fee for parking overnight that they didn't have before, but that's progress, I suppose. It was either $5 or $10 per night, IIRC.
