Dustin provided us with five-star service on 05/31/08. He made short work of getting us parked and set-up with a car and hangar for the night. It was steamy and hot when we landed that afternoon, so he took the initiative to start our rental and crank up the A/C. He also called ahead to the Fairfield Inn to check on room availability. As we prepared for departure the following morning, our experience with JCFS staff was equally pleasant. We always appreciate great customer service!

Great service, and turn-around for GA pilots. For specific requests, call them ahead and they will try their best to accommodate. If flying in on Fridays, don't miss their fish fry lunches, free to all pilots and guests traveling through.

I had an overnight stop in Jefferson City and could not have had a better experience with Jeff Flying Service. They were expecting me, had a courtesy car ready, and gave me a discounted heated hangar storage rate with fuel purchase. All FBO's should be like this. I highly recommend this FBO.

The group here was very friendly, and offered ice cream as soon as I stepped out of the plane. Great place to visit, and I would be willing to come back again.

On 7-13 my daughter & I were departing from a nearby airport for a New Mexico vacation. During run-up we discovered we lost a mag. I called Steve Wilburs (shop mgr) & he troubleshot the problem. After learning we were leaving on vacation he sent an A&P down to my airport with all the parts necessary to rebuild the mag. Our departure was only delayed 4 hours. I can't say enough about their service department. They always go the extra mile to make you feel like you are their best customer. Thank you again for saving our vacation.

Arrived here just at sunset on Sunday, July 1 after trying to escape the weather to the west. There was a flight instructor there with a student. The FBO had closed several hours earlier. He arranged a Courtesy and car and gave us recommendations on a Motel. The next morning the line crew got the four planes in our group fueled in short order. Great stop with great service. Thanks guys.

Stopped for a one-night stay. Lineman parked the aircraft and had the car rental keys in his hand. I think the car was from a local car rental company. We were on the road in 10 minutes after landing! Great service.

I read the reviews so I had to visit while taking some R&R in Jefferson City (drove there). The lineman Mark was really friendly and helpful. I wanted to see the rental planes. While Mark was busy fueling planes he showed me the 2 Warriors and the Cessna. Mark was very aware of his schedule, but still took the time to be courteous to me. He said the FBO owner impresses that on everyone. Mark seemed to really enjoy his job and working for JCFS. ... Oh and he mentioned the free lunches on Fridays. Someone at the top knows how to run a successful business. Kudos.

Stopped en route to Wisconsin on a Friday. Very helpful and friendly staff and had a free chicken dinner to boot. They do this every Friday. This was my third stop there but the first one on a Friday. Even without the free meal, this is a very first class facility with people that go out of their way to help you.

From Pat Rinearson on 30-Mar-2007
Great facility with reasonable fuel prices. Three ice cream flavors always on hand, nice large coffee cups–with lids! I hear they have a free lunch Friday as well! Quick and courteous service–great fuel stop.

Nice facility and runway, great people. Our second visit and always a good experience.

A+ services, facilities and people. This is a great FBO to fly into albeit business or pleasure. Free ice cream daily and free food on Friday (varied menu) with a spectacular view of the Capitol building. A special thanks to Grant (Mgr) and Mark (Lineman).

Excellent FBO. Great Service and Great People.

On July 28, 2006 my wife and I stopped here on our way to Fort Worth from Oshkosh. This is the nicest FBO we have ever stopped at. They were extremely friendly from the linemen to the managers of the FBO. I suggest going on a Friday. They offer a fantastic free lunch at the FBO for transient pilots and for the folks at the airport. We met some of the tower controllers and other pilots on their way through town. It was a great visit with some great people!!!! Thanks very much.

This is one of the friendliest FBOs I've been to in my short time as a pilot. Went in to town for an all day meeting. A staff member dropped me off and gave me his card to call him back when the meeting was over. According to the driver the management's philosophy is to treat big & small plane owners the same. As the latter I really appreciate that.

Outstanding and friendly service. Flew in on a weather divert on a 15 minute notice. The crew there ensured our PAX obtained transportation south to our original destination, Camdenton. They went over and above to do this. Always super friendly!!

Great service but avoid Ramada if they offer it to you. The FBO service is top notch. Thanks a lot to everyone.

From Jim Parker on 08-Nov-2005
Great service, great people. Emailed a request for a courtesy car to make a quick trip to town. Upon landing was met by lineman who brough the car to the plane. One hour later we were back at the airport. The plane was top off. We had lunch at the airport cafe, good food (limited menu). Short walk from Cafe to plane and we were on the way home. Great experience, highly recommend!

Flew into Jefferson City on 10/15. Jeff City Flying Service was great. No overnight tie-down fee, and we didn't even buy fuel. If you like bicycling, the KATY rail trail is very close and totally accessible from this airport. Take the road out of the airport, cross over the bridge over the freeway, and turn right just on the other side of the bridge to the KATY access spur trail. Its about .7 miles to the spur trailhead and another 1.0 mile to the KATY trail intersection. Either road bikes or mountain bikes work on the KATY.
