Great FBO. Great service. The flags that the linemen for these two FBOs have are enormous - interesting to see competition at work - and they really try to attract your attention. I walked across the tarmac to the other FBO to the diner and the food was great.

Flagman waiting as we came around the corner. Awesome courtesy car and professional service all around. I'll be back.

On Friday, July 17, 2009 after refueling at Southwest Aviation Inc. Located at KLRU, we experienced a mechanical problem, landed safely and returned to the FBO, Southwest Aviation. The staff could not have been more supportive of assisting us with our mechanical issues and spent at least two (2) hours trying to locate a qualified mechanic to assist us to no avail. Hal personally drove us to the hotel, which is thirteen miles from the FBO and picked us up Saturday morning when our mechanic arrived to repair the airplane. Hal also made arrangements to use his hangar and use of tools and equipment necessary to effect repairs. We returned home safely on Saturday evening. In my twenty (20) years of flying experience, I have never experienced such an accommodating FBO and I would highly recommend them when considering refueling or FBO needs in the Las Cruces area.

Real nice little small FBO. Very friendly service. I only walked over from the other FBO, but the guy was so nice I wanted to taxi over here. But alas, I didn’t. But he still offered to call me cabs or hotels or whatever... Very nice. I'll use this one next time!

Great FBO. We could not get a rental car, so the owner let us use his personal car for the day, then dropped us off at our hotel, and picked us up in the morning to fly out. Over the top service!

I called for a rental car and hotel room on Thursday. I arrived on Saturday and was promptly met with the car, fuel truck and given my reservation at a very nice hotel at a great rate. Always a good experience at Southwest Aviation.

Was in Las Cruces for a business trip in November and wanted to take the opportunity to do my bi-annual check flight. Made all the arrangements with the manager in advance. He was very accommodating and provided a flight instructor. Rented their Piper Archer, which is in good shape with nice interior. Bi-annual went very well - I booked the Archer for the next day also and did some local flying. Hope to be there again this year.

I was going to park at Adventure aviation, but a young man came running out of Southwest Aviation waving marshalling flags, so I made a spot decision to reward his efforts. We got quick service and hiked the 100 yards to the restaurant (which was also great). Saved a few cents a gallon to boot!
