Stopped at LUK this past weekend. The folks at Odyssey are extremely friendly and went out of their way to provide everything we needed. Rental car was pulled plane side upon powering down. Very easy to get in and out. Made for a great weekend. Don't forget AOPA fuel discount and taking fuel eliminates landing fees etc.

Hats off to the folks at Odyssey Aviation for exceptional service and great facilities. My wife, I, and Chessie our Golden Retriever flew into LUK to visit my parents on 08/07/2009. On arrival the ramp attendant was seen running across the tarmac to get us parked. He was quick to suggest a luggage cart, assess our needs for the aircraft, and helped us get everything to and into my parents' car. We called the day before our departure to have the aircraft fueled and pulled up from the overnight parking. When we arrived to go home on 08/09/2009 everything was ready to go and the plane was right at the front doors. What I didn't mention was we are in our Cessna 172 and we were treated just like the G4, Citation, and the King Air parked along with us on the ramp waiting for the fog to burn off. Lastly, on checkout the counter attendant was very pleasant and an AOPA discount was applied to my bill, a nice surprise. I will always use Odyssey when coming back to visit.

I flew in to Lunken Field twice in the last week. First with my Skylane and the second time with my Twin Comanche. Keep in mind nothing else was on the ramp except big jets. I was treated like I was the only customer. I used a crew car both times to go to my meeting (really nice crew cars) each time I returned they asked how my meeting was and asked if they could do anything else to help me on my trip. I think since there is so much consistency and the fact that I never seen the same people from each trip, that management is really good there. I will use them often.

Coming in from KCLT with 2 Cessna 172 we had a night stop in Lunken. Once again the service was perfect. The handling fee was waived off with 15 gallons. Got a crew car (Volvo C60!) for 3 hours and could stay in the snooze room over night. I highly recommend this FBO.

Flew in April 22 and stayed for a week. Rental car was waiting on the line for us as planned and our plane was hangared the whole stay. Great customer service by Heather and Amber and the line guys were great too. Prices reasonable, nice clean facility and people friendly. I'd recommend Odyssey as a great place to stay when you are in the Cincinnati area.

Odyssey took care of my airplane's hangar and fueling needs while working in the area. They could not be any more prompt and professional their work ethic really shows when special things come up or you have a need for accommodations. Please give these folks your business they do appreciate it. Convenient from the high-speed exit from 21L it’s a no brainer! Thanks.

I flew to Lunken and Million Air a couple weeks ago and the linesman and staff was all very nice. Every time I've landed there they always ask me if I need services. They always have great cars, clean and new usually... Last year they had Jags and now they are BMW's. They are always very generous with the time to keep the car too. So far I've only been asked to pay ramp fees once... I didn't pay because I was already in the cockpit and they just let me go and didn't even call me even though they had my cell number on the sign in sheet. I found the ATC to be very helpful and didn't get annoyed when I didn't go exactly where he wanted me to taxi to. I love flying in there.

I was at Million Air on 7-31-08 for an Angel Flt. I got trapped by wx and had to RON. Heather was outstanding and she arranged for a nice room at their corporate rate as well as corporate taxi to and from. She and Bill could not have been nicer. They're tops.

Having waited 20 minutes, and paid my tab (in advance), watched the manager scurry for a landing jet, but not to fill up my quick turn for a Piper Meridian, I thought that I would hang out in their flight planning room and remind everyone to avoid this FBO. They do not know how to staff for pro service, since they only have one lineman on duty that isn't up to this challenge of turnkey traffic. This is clearly a management issue that needs attention by Million Air corporate staff. Until then, I urge all other landing pilots of the future to email their wait times from their office.

I keep my Cherokee 140 tied down at Million Air. Everyone that works in this FBO is awesome. I have flown across the country and have never been to such a friendly FBO. I really enjoy staff and look forward to their friendly faces: )

Arrived in a Cherokee on 4/7, departed 4/10. Excellent service from the line crew and the very charming young ladies at the counter. Clean, well equipped FBO, a great experience. (Even if you fly a SEL)

Absolutely loved my experience. They line guys were so nice!! They held the door and everything! They were also very generous letting me borrow the Jag for an extended period of time because it was a very slow day (Saturday.)

Flew in at 11PM on a Saturday for a fuel stop. Two very friendly line guys in the facility helped us out--very quick turnaround for this time of night--we were told they're open 24/7. Checked out facilities inside--nice pilot lounge and good flight planning room. Can't ask for much more.

We frequently fly children to Cincinnati for medical care at Shriner's or Children's Hospital and always use Million Air. They are unfailingly helpful, coordinate ground transportation for us, give us reasonable consideration on fuel, have competent line personnel, always seem to have an available courtesy car, and, most to the point, treat our families compassionately. For all we know, their competitor may be a fine FBO, but Million Air has never given us a reason to look elsewhere.
