We had a long layover on 5/31/17 due to weather. The FBO is welcoming and comfortable. They even pulled us into the hangar to wait out the storm- at no charge :) My wife let her cell phone between the comfy couch cushions and they mailed it back to us in perfect condition at no charge. Thanks guys for a welcoming environment and over the top AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Initial outstanding service for what was supposed to be a quick gas and go. After using the courtesy car and FBO air conditioning, returned to find a dead battery. Quickly helped by Rick. He found 2 rotary A&P's that were able to help me get started and on my way. These guys went way above and beyond to help out even in the summer heat/humidity.

A big thanks to this FBO. My first XC as a student pilot was on Memorial Day. We landed after hours for a quick stop and taxi back departure, but we had to return for severe weather that popped up. We needed a bit of fuel at that point to add a safety margin as we might be flying home at night because of the delay. Another pilot had already called out the after hours person at that point. The delay turned into almost 3 hours (and a night flight), and the friendly employee (owner's son) hung out with us, fueled and helped tie down the plane before the storm, provided snacks, and let us use the crew car. The FBO is clean and has comfy couches. All of this excellent service was for a measly 10 gallons in a C152. He even refused a tip. Simply awesome!

Landed here due to weather and found I had a flat nosewheel. They did an outstanding job of getting someone to help me. When we had to wait overnight for parts, they took great care of the plane and my family. A great place to stop! Next time. I will plan my fuel stop there.

I parked my Mooney for one night at KMCB over the weekend and made a brief fuel stop there a few days later. The fuel turnaround was fast, the price was decent and the service was good. Fuel is not self-serviceable. Wireless Internet was fully functional at no charge, just use their fax number as the WPA key. The FBO meets all expectations for a medium-sized city. The staff was very friendly. The young man running the desk the first two days I was there was still learning how to run the FBO and did a great job for someone new to the business. Ramp parking is at no charge. I paid $10 for covered parking, which was not waived with fuel purchase. I will be happy to use this FBO next time.
