This is a great FBO. After arriving on a cold day with the wind chills making it worse. We arrived in our Piper Navajo and there was a lineman braving the cold to park us. Who can forget the fresh baked warm cookies? The people at the desk were very helpful and got us a cab to downtown.

Signature made a trip into Midway very easy. I appreciated the no hassle shuttle to the Orange Line. Upon return, a call to Signature and a ride back to the FBO were there in five minutes. Fees for a small plane (C182) are reasonable for an airport like Midway. $0.50 discount for buying fuel on weekends and the handling fee was waived with 7 gal purchase. The landing fee was $7.50, I believe, and tie-down was the most reasonable on the field for a single engine. Service was great and facilities are outstanding.

Flew in Memorial Day weekend, staff offered reduced fuel after mid-night, shuttle to and from Orange line, and passenger escort to plane on departure.

Parked my Piper Tomahawk here for Super Bowl weekend (Tues - Monday). Treated me well, good prices. Cookies are best I've had from a FBO. I'll be back.

Taxied in to the ramp at 11:00am for a drop off and quick turn. I left 20 minutes later with the wrong fuel load and less $247.00 for 40 gal. No one cares.

Flew in with a 172. Great service. Full ramp, so they parked us 500' or so from the FBO. Van service to and from plane. Dropped us off and picked us up at the Orange Line train. (Easy to get downtown that way. Curse Mayor Daley! Meigs Field would have been a stones throw from our destination....) $7.50 landing fee, $25 handling fee, $15 parking fee, $1.60 airport concs fee. $49.10 before takeoff. (I did not buy gas.) I will use Signature again.

This FBO in the past had a reputation for not catering to personal GA aircraft. Attitudes have changed for the positive. I've been here twice in the month of May and have only glowing comments. Keep up the good work and attitude.

Signature has the lowest fees at Midway (at least for a small single). Landing fee of $7.50, overnight parking of $15 per night, $25 handling fee (waived with the purchase of 7 gallons of fuel). They offer a $.50 discount per gallon on weekends which you can use and still statisfy your 7 gallon purchase to get the handling fee waived. Very helpful staff, who put my airplane where it would not be moved during my week long stay.

Arrived at Signature and was met by ramp agents, nothing overly bad or good about the service. I did approach one ramp agent for a GPU when he was done using it on the Lear parked beside us. He replied you'll get it when this guy is done with it...sort of snarky but whatever. Prices.... well not sure of the cost but the handling fee was 200 dollars for a PC12! And you had to order a min of 120 gallons to waive the fee. On a positive note the crew lounge was very nice as well as the flight planning facilities. It had about 2-3 computers and a dedicated WSI computer. Also had free faxing and copier machine for pilot use. Seems most places charge for copying. Fuel is expensive also.

The fuel is way overpriced. Was told $28 for all fees without buying fuel but was actually charged $78. Nice people, but they don't have their act together.
