Very friendly and helpful staff. I e-mailed a couple of the FBO's on field and this is the only one that replied. When I got there they took great care of me & my aircraft. It's not a fancy place, but the staff is great. They even cleaned the bugs off my windscreed without me requesting that helpful service. The listed fee for parking is just if you want to be in a hangar.

I recently scheduled a training flight In Scotchman's Duchess with another instructor I work with who was checked out in the aircraft. On this particular day the winds were out of 140 at 18 gusting to 23 (right down runway 14L and 14R). Upon arrival at the FBO, we were told it was too windy to fly. No call was received to either of us prior to this point in time. After reviewing the renter policy, which stated the maximum wind for rental was 25 knots, we approached the owner wondering why we could not fly the airplane and he stated, "why don't you just go home". We did and will not be returning.
