I flew in today (01/02/2023) from KEOE to pick up my 3-year-old granddaughter and bring her back with me to SC. After getting the plane out of the hangar I realized they might be closed in observance of New Years Day. I called and they were. I spoke with Brian, he was very polite, professional and helpful. He had someone meet me for fuel and top me back off. The call out fee was very reasonable. I've flown into KMKJ in the past. It was actually my first solo cross country 20 plus years ago when I was training at KBKW. I encourage anyone to make this a stop. Thanks Brian.
