Fuel price is no joke, but this is a bait-and-switch operation in the best tradition of a New York three-card Monte operation. Ramp fees that they don't tell you about are astronomical and put the total cost way up over Signature's outrageous fees. Caveat emptor.

I was not very pleased with the service with FTC Private Terminal. Marshalling us into their ramp was difficult due to not understanding the line crew with signals not used by the AIM concerning. The Ramp Fees were expensive and were mentioned on the website (Members only! Becoming a member requires no fees or commitments. Simply fill out a membership agreement that is pilot-executable and non-binding. New members welcome!) I was charge over $350 for two nights for a light jet. I will never go back to FTC or MMU.

Jet fuel price $5.27. Charged ramp fee of $206.00 for a turboprop. Nice friendly service. Even have a crew car to get eats. Pilot's pax lounge comfortable. They have Internet and WSI with a working printer! I can't compare with Signature on the field since we have used FTC for quite a while. It helps to call ahead with a phone call with an ETA so they can be waiting for you. Not a 24 hr operation.

What a RIP OFF. Fuel is quoted as cheap, however they fail to tell you there is a HUGE ramp fee. We were charged $560 for the privilege of parking for two nights. Avoid these people.

I called FTC today, and unfortunately, they do not sell 100LL to transient aircraft -- you have to be based on the field. That leaves only signature for 100LL at KMMU.

I'd sworn off MMU because of the expensive Signature monopoly. The trip today was a pretty good test since all I needed was ramp space. They treated me better than I had the right to expect: parking, weather, ramp assistance and, above all, courtesy - not just a big fee for the privilege of passing through. The fuel is cheaper than our negotiated prices at home - I'll be sure to get some next time. It's meant for jets, but FTC is also just what the guy in the little single needs. Thanks, FTC; I'll be back regularly.

My first visit to the FTC Private Terminal will not be my last. A very reasonable terminal fee and an unbelievable Jet-A price made this the best service I have had in the NYC area. The line guys could not do enough to help us. An experience I look forward to repeating many times.

Comfortable, easily accessible from the ground side. Nice facility. Our only gripe is that the ramp person that marshalled us in didn't communicate our fuel order to the office and we weren't fueled when we returned four hours later. The job was done quickly and we were on our way.

The great folks at FTC/Red Star fuel have really come a long way in the past few months to become a destination of choice! Our MMU-based flying club used to buy fuel on field only as a last resort- now that FTC is offering competitive 100LL prices life is much simpler. Service is excellent. These guys answer the phone or radio right away and the fuel truck is rolling a moment later (they also take fueling reservations overnight by answering machine). I’m guessing the increased revenue from the private jet terminal operation is partly responsible, but whatever - thanks; and keep up the excellent service. From the collection of bizjets I see parked at FTC they must be doing something right. Good to have a viable alternative to the gold-plated price list at signature.
