Amazing (typical Million Air) service! Van is not only super efficient but has a great attitude as cute as a picture as well. Addie serves the Million Air reputation to a "T". He is knowledgeable and VERY helpful an asset to Million Air. We will use Lakefront AND Million Air from now on.

Flew in for an overnight. Addie Fanguy (General Manager) was very helpful. I enjoyed his stories of the hurricane. I'm sure he has been forced to tell them a thousand times! Thanks for humoring me Mr. Fanguy. Fuel is high but still the cheapest way to visit downtown. Cab is about 20 bucks to downtown.

Stopped in this afternoon to refuel following the prosecution of a SAR case. My crew and I were starving. Laura, the customer service rep kindly offered the use of a crew car (a shiny BMW) and directions to Russell's Marina Grill Cafe. It was the best shrimp PoBoy I've had in a long time. I'll continue to use Million Air any time I'm in the NOLA area.

Not good! They damaged my 12-hour plane on the way home from the Piper Factory and denied it. The paint chips were still hanging on the scratch when I showed it to the line guy. I took photos and they adamantly denied it.
Response from Addie Fanguy,General Manager Million Air First of all Mr. Borden the scratch of your paint is unfortunate. However, I tried several times to call you and you simply refused to call me back. Making a statement to give you your fuel for free or pay for the scratch over a text message is unacceptable. Your secretary stated you were hunting and she would relay the message for you to call me. To this date you have never responded. Choosing rather to spend time on this site with comments that may be totally inaccurate. The lineman that towed your aircraft has been with Million Air for 15 years and is one of the best. The offer still stands to call me if you would like to resolve this is a proper manner.

Flew into Lakefront during the BCS Bowl. Services were great and efficient. Fair fuel pricing considering everything going on. Will use again

This is my second Million Air FBO I have visited. The staff did not have what I expected. All was going well. I radioed in about 20 min out and a cab was waiting. I was asked to call on my return and my plane will be waiting. The staff inside was as good as expected. The gentleman outside was not. He pointed to my plane tied down out on the ramp and I carried my bags half way till some one notice I needed assistance.

Went into Million Air on a pop up decision by the owner. With 20 minutes notice they had limo standing by, hotel rooms for the pilots as well as reservations for Emerils restaurant. They were very busy with at least 10 aircraft but the services and hospitality was excellent.

Good service, people and facility. Overnight parking of $25 is higher than it was in spring and no longer waived for fuel purchase. A better choice than MSY, certainly, which is much more expensive and farther away from the downtown.

The Hurricane may have set them back as far as their buildings, but did not affect their hospitality. Was just there with a B-25 and had a wonderful experience with everyone at Millionaire. They could not have been more friendly and helpful!

Visited Lakefront and Million Air Tuesday July 31. The tower is back and open as of Monday and there is clearance delivery on the field, ground control, and tower. Made it a lot easier. Hours are limited; I believe 8am to 6pm only. Million was a great help. I called when I was 15 min out for an overnight tie down and a taxi and when we landed we were promptly greeted by staff and our taxi was waiting. It was raining out and they met us planeside with an umbrella. Great service and very helpful. Will be back!

Stayed overnight in KNEW with our PA-28R. Great service from Million Air. Cab was already arranged as we arrived! But: Ramp fee of 9, 5$ was not waived with (high priced) fuel purchase. But still the cheapest way to stay overnight in New Orleans.

Even though Million Air is the only FBO on the field at NEW you would never know it. Service is still top notch and much cheaper fuel prices that MSY. These guys have over come unbelievable odds after Katrina to be where they are. Not many FBO's could have pulled this off as far as I am concerned. The CSR and line staff are great. The GM told me they have finally gotten approval to break ground on their new terminal. This should start within the next 45 days. Great organization!!!

Addie - one can only imagine what y'all went through during and after Katrina. Great comeback for what you had left to make it a GO again. You are doing a great job and I trust with your positive, kind, courteous and supportive attitude you will be a winner all the way. Thanks for everything, also to the line personnel and the always upbeat and helpful Laura! Y'all have a great Christmas.

Flew into Lakefront to spend Thanksgiving weekend in the French Quarter. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I encourage everyone that is considering a trip to New Orleans to go. The French Quarter is doing well, and tourism will help the city (and the residents) recover faster.

Was back in New Orleans for the 11th time since the storm last week. This FBO is great, and that is usually not something that is often said about FBO chains. From the first visit when the airport reopened the service has been great. Jerome and the line guys are always helpful. Laura and her girls keep us entertained...And give us something to look at as we "sit and wait". The airport still has no tower, but the ASOS is up as well as a few approaches (no ILS yet). Most of the major debris is cleaned up off the field and it seems to be getting back to normal. (Can't say so much for the cab ride down Downman Rd.) Thanks again for the great service..... Even though you don't have a wheelchair ramp!!..... And what’s that smell..... Salmon??? No..Wait.... Its only fish... See ya next month.... Terry and Jesse N15CN

Very courteous and helpful. I was there for an Angel Flight and they gave me a nice discount on fuel. They also called for a taxi for my passengers so they could get to the hospital. I can hardly wait to see their new facility when it gets built.

Arriavl kind of strange with all of the weather and ground based nav aids out. Also tower was out. It was kind of odd to have to cancel IFR in the air or on the phone in the middle of such a large city. Hopefully they will get it going soon. Million Air staff was very nice and helpful! Hot girls behind the counter!

Nice FBO. Staff as helpful as possible. Called ahead to inquire about crew car for use in the French Quarter. A bit unusual that the crew car is only available for an hour and can't go downtown. Taxi service is no longer the prior mentioned $18 but a much heftier $25 (which was not mentioned until drop off at location in the Quarter) one-way. Not sure if it's even a real taxi service either. Driver was nice enough. Definitely would have appreciated being told by the staff that the "cab" was a flat (higher) rate no matter where the ride was going. Being used to metered taxis that would have probably charged $12 for the same distance (citing Las Vegas and Atlanta experience), I would have requested more driving around instead of the 10 minute drive through the devastation. Fuel was $4.99. New Orleans has been through so much; the tourism market can't afford to suffer any more. An unexpected hit throws off the tourist's budget and then throws off what he plans to spend. Budgeters beware!

We had to go into NEW instead of MSY on our last trip. What a nice surprise! Great fuel prices & fees compared to MSY and top notch service. The entire staff is to be admired having the attitudes they do considering what they have been through. It’s more like a family business than a chain Great job, we will definitely use NEW from now on!

Flew in for fuel and food, Million Air, is located in portable buildings, There service was exellent but bear in mind that nearly nothing works in the Airport, The Tower is closed and most lights are out on the field. New Orleans will be back, and Million Air will be there...My support will always go with the company that keeps it chin up....Thanks Million Air Crew....

If you are going to New Orleans land here. The service and fees are great considering what they have to work with. A little tricky getting hand off from appc to common advisory freq as there is no tower--it is gone after Katrina. The fuel desk attendant is very helpful and considering her work load and everything being "temporary" she made it seem like things were "as usual" and she was making it happen for all the customers. We will be back. Say a prayer for the displaced and destroyed lives in New Orleans; it will be a while till things get back to normal.

You cannot understand the devastation this city has endured. The airport is a wreck. Planes in pieces, hangars destroyed and lives changed forever. Yet, this FBO has positioned itself as a lifeline for the airport and the city it serves. These people are true friends of aviation. They have a temporary building and electricity supplied by a generator and it's nicer than most FBO's I've been to. If anyone deserves your business, it's the fine folks at Million Air.

Under renovation but FBO has temporary and very nice facilities. Their crew car was a Jaguar and the drive to the seafood restaurant on Haynes was a pleasure. Runways in good shape but no weather or clearance frequencies operational.

Airport is all VFR at this time. The service at MillionAir was top notch, considering all they have been through. They have a building and selling as much fuel as they can. Wished I could have bought more. Trying to support them as much as possible.
