Great FBO, gas prices too high even with an AOPA discount. Can stop elsewhere in the bay area and the savings will pay for the rental car. Half Moon Bay is $5.22/gal, Healdsburg $5.10/gal, Rio Vista $5.38/gal, Byron $5.41/gal, Concord $5.69/gal, San Carlos $5.83/gal.

Probably the best FBO I've encountered! I arrived with my family in my Turbo Lance and they brought my rental car planeside within minutes of shut down. Plenty of complimentary drinks & snacks a waited inside. I left my plane with them for 5 nights and it was topped off & pulled up front when we arrived back. Not a penny was charged for tie down or ramp fees! Very courteous, efficient & professional staff. I'll be back!

BJC took great care of me and my Cirrus. Everyone was friendly and efficient. Got a lift to and from a nearby destination. Enjoyed the "new customer" discount and I'll use their AOPA discount on subsequent visits. First class operation and small-GA friendly! Guess who gets my VLJ business in a couple years?

Wonderful service and facility. Great attitude. BART ride basically scary hoody- even the line personnel dropping us off alluded to that. Taxi back from Union Square was $55. Do it and live.

Once again BJC was terrific. Just a few hours on their ramp with my Malibu Mirage, but I was treated like a jet customer. Wonderful facilities and conference room, and good snacks. Rental car pulled to the plane before the prop stopped. No lost time, and that was especially important on this trip.

What a great experience. Met at the plane w/ the rental car and 3 others to help unload. Upon departure, the plane was pulled right in front of the building with a wing walker to make sure nothing was damaged. Very professional crew and very nice furnishings inside.

This FBO is very service oriented, from the multiple line service men and women who come to make sure the passengers are taken care of to finally making sure there is anything that the pilots/aircraft need after are arrival thru departure. Great treatment all the way around, line service and the CSR's at the front desk pay attention to what is going on and you never have to be wandering around the ramp like some other FBO's wondering where the staff is and what you are paying for. Rental car was set up for us but BJC loaned us the crew car for lunch----without even asking for it. I did however forget the T-shirts that they were going to give me. It is great service like what we receive here that makes BJC the company's preferred FBO for our customers.

Arrived on the Saturday before Christmas in a friend's Twin Commander with his family in the back seats. We were greeted on the ramp by three line guys and the two rental cars that we had requested. Could not have been more efficient.

Interesting FBO (very historic) Service was very good upon our arrival at 1 am. The line crew was very helpful in helping us unload and got our entire party to the Hilton, which is actually a short walk from the FBO. Front desk service the next morning seemed to be more disinterested. We called our fuel order in the morning before departure. It wasn't done and we had to ask again. They had some trouble with our CAA fuel and had to refigure. All and all a good stop but probably not quite as good as we had expected. We have use their sister FBO at DAL at it is outstanding. We look forward to using Business Jet Center again in the future. Note: The Hilton across the street is good too.

This company really gets the job done and I was really impressed that they were able to get us a rental van in about 15 minutes from when we called unplanned. We were planning to go to SFO but they had a 45-minute delay that our passengers did not want to wait for. I have been here before and I am sure our company will keep using them for all of our charter flights. I don't see to many FBO's where they have 5 line people taking care of 1 King Air. Facility is very clean, better than SFO and no delays. I see many people that complain about prices in the comments but you just don't get service and a facility as nice as this anywhere without a price, which is far lower than many other places. Try paying almost $400 at SFO and that is not even overnight! Overall very efficient and courteous service from the men and women in line service to the ladies at the front desk. Good Job BJC!

We parked our Robinson R44 helicopter here for a few days and camped out. This is a great place to meet visitors and relax. Much less crowded than Kaiser on the ramp and in the terminal. Staff is exceptionally helpful and available. We enjoyed the massage chairs in the pilot's lounge. Lots of conference rooms for the corporate looter set. There is a "no pets allowed" sign on the car side of the building, but a commenter below says that they gave his dog milk bones. Maybe best to call ahead if you're traveling with a Canine-American.

Flew in on Saturday night to drop a pax. We had three ground crew meet us at our C421. We needed no services from them, but we requested a crew car to go get something to eat. They were more then happy to give us a car to use, they even pulled it up front of the building for us. I definitely plan on using them again. I have been a Kaiser customer for years.

I fly a Malibu Mirage and BJC treated me like it was a G5. Efficient, friendly, service. The rental car was pulled to the plane before the prop stopped, etc. Hangar fee was reasonable. I had grown tired of the crowds at Kaiser and the poor treatment of "small" GA. This was a terrific alternative. Fuel prices are higher than Kaiser, but some discount was available just by asking.
