Arrived here in my R182 from North Carolina (Charlotte-Monroe) on a Friday and left on a Sunday. The staff is friendly; Steve and the other staff very helpful. Keep in mind that the FBO closes at 4 PM and when it does there is no bathroom access. I learned that when I arrived Friday (at 4:30) and after deciding to fly straight from NC fighting a 40 knot headwind! The avgas is a bit higher priced, about $1 more than in Charlotte, but that probably is more of a function of the state of New York being a pricier state. Hertz office in Olean can possibly leave you a rental at Olean Airport. Just beware of the speed trap on state route 16 at the I-86 underpass, where speed drops from 55 to 45, which can be missed especially if traveling from the south to get car gas before dropping rental car at Olean Airport.
