Line and desk staff very friendly and professional. Courtesy car here is nice (TAC Air does not have a courtesy car). $35/day for Hertz rental was great.

Took a friend to meet his commercial flight. Stopped at Elliott, borrowed a car to get him across to the terminal. Was greeted by friendly staff and awesome facilities.

My Bonanza and I were greeted by not one, but two, line guys on a very quiet Saturday afternoon. The person behind the counter arranged for a hotel; she went out of her way to make sure that I was getting a good deal and also arranged for a line person to drive me to the downtown hotel. That line person had glowing positive things to say about how Elliott treats its employees and how much he enjoys his job. Elliott must be a really good company to work for - it showed in the terrific attitude of everyone with whom I dealt at this FBO.

I landed May 4, 2007 in a Cherokee Six. Business jets surrounded me. I was treated royally as if I was in one of the jets. It was a first class operation all around: friendly, prompt, easy to obtain a rental car, fair fuel price ($4.59 total), great lounge and lobby, easy location for getting to downtown.

Super line staff. Good facility. Great service from the staff at the front desk. Unfortunate that their fuel prices are the highest in the area.

Flew into KOMA for a customs stop and we cleared at Elliott Aviation. We were 1 hr early and upon getting our radio call with our ETA they realized customs had not shown up and called for us and customs arrived about 10 minutes after our arrival. The lineman were awaiting our arrival and the fuel truck pulled into place once the prop had stopped turning. Amazing service and a very friendly staff. Any customs or fuel stops in the future around the mid west Elliott Aviation is where I will be stopping!

Flew into Omaha last week on Monday (10/17/2005). Upon arriving on Elliott's ramp, my aircraft (C182RG) was swarmed by four employees. They waited until the engine was shutdown and then went to work. Topped off the tanks, cleaned the windshield and had the aircraft hooked up to the tug before I had finished up my shutdown checklist! Great service! The lobby was comfortable and the restrooms were spotless. With the rental car waiting right outside the door it sure beats flying the major carriers. The aircraft was ready to go the next morning as requested. I didn't use the flight planning station in the lobby but it seemed to have all the necessary tools. I'll use them again when in Omaha and if I travel to another airport they serve, I'll use them there too.

I have always had great service and have been treated well at all the Elliott aviation locations.
