In and out today with our Turbo Commander N900NE and had 'best of' all services. Thanks folks. Well done.

When you are on an eastern U.S. Return flight to Denver, this is a perfect stop for us T-prop operators! My third time here in a little over three weeks and everything is 110% of excellence! This is the type of FBO I will always patronize because they know (and have been trained) to perform for the CUSTOMER. That's what it is all about, folks!

Another stop on the 27th and the same great service! When you see this FIRST CLASS service twice in 7 days, you know it is intentional and repetitive. Customer service training pays off! Keep up the great work. You are doing it RIGHT!

Arrived on the 20 August at dusk and they had our sandwich order ready and fuel for quick turn ready to pump. Filed the F.P. Stretched the legs and off on final leg to KAPA. Excellent service and great attitudes from all service personnel. Will stop anytime KOMA is on the route of flight. Oh yes, Great fuel price, too!

I called TAC Air before my trip and advised them that I was having difficulty getting a car dropped at their location. We arrived June 1st and had three linemen meet us at the airplane to help unload it and load our rental car on the ramp. Brandy was a great help and we got the "red carpet" treatment. We flew in from Atlanta in our Archer and it was a great ending for my first IFR flight!

We don't normally go to big airports and big FBOs because of big prices. TAC AIR was very reasonable with great service. We were on the way to OSH but if we come back to OMA it will be to TAC AIR.

Spent the weekend here on 10 July. Very courteous staff had the rental car pulled up to the plane before I even got out! Pulled the plane in the hangar for a storm and then waived the fee for hangar storage. Very much appreciated!

Stopped in while delivering a new Cessna, got me a spot in the hangar, arranged a discounted hotel reservation (an outstanding deal at a VERY GOOD Holiday Inn) and even got me a ride to the hotel without me even asking. Nice job!

This week is my second trip in the last couple of months. Incredibly strong customer service (both trips) provided by Brooke and Shawn (spelling may be wrong). Would HIGHLY recommend this FBO to anyone transiting the area.

Great service and helpful folks, thanks!

Thanks for the great service. I arrived and had a deadline to get to the Hilton hotel in 45mins they called the hotel to arrange a shuttle. The Hilton hotel said they would be there and did not come. TAC Air called back for me the Hilton gave them a bunch of static and excuses. Marie (I think) arranged for one of the Line guys to take me to the hotel. They had several jets they were trying to turn at the time and could have said they did not have time. BUT DIDN'T I will return to TAC Air but Not the Hilton hotel. The service on my 182 was just as ordered also.

Terrible. I called in 15min out for my passengers vehicle and after some confusion was told that it was ready. When we arrived not only was the car not on the ramp, but it was no where to be found. 10 minutes later they located the car but the girl at the counter still felt it was necessary to let my passenger know that the whole incident was his mistake NOT THEIRS! Extremely rude. So much so that I called Elliott and had them reposition the plane to their ramp. Great staff at Elliott!

I would definitely recommend TAC Air to anyone flying into Eppley Airfield. The lineman offered to wave the modest landing fee even though we didn't buy fuel, and then they let us use their very nice courtesy car to go down town to get a steak. A great high class FBO that treats the GA right.

I stopped in on 7-13-07. Had called ahead for a rental car. Excellent service. Had the car pulled up to the plane and helped with the luggage. Staff was very friendly. Very clean professional personnel and facility. Will definitely stop there again. Fuel was cheaper than shown on AirNav!

I talked with the GM several times following my last comments and he asked me to add one more thing. The bottom line is that I left very upset but the morning girl did go out of her way to help me out, THANKS. After the fact all I got was excuses from the GM, no offer to make things right, just promises it would not happen again. So I may give them a second shot, but proceed with caution.

I will not be coming back here again. I stopped in to avoid a storm that was coming through and was charged $75 to hangar a 182. Expensive, but what really made me mad is that when I came back to the airport 4 hours after I arrived my plane was still on the ramp getting dumped on with snow. The flight school was closed the next day so I could not get any charts, and then they wanted me to do my preflight in the snow the next morning. Next time I will head to Elliot.
