My wife and family flew into Orlando Executive to visit the local attractions on January 4th. We were greeted with our rental car immediately and friendly service from the second we stepped out of the plane. To our surprise, we were offered sandwiches and refreshments, even a 10-minute massage! What a welcome. I believe it was Mandy that greeted us. We'll be back. Thanks.

Our company recently began using Sheltair in lieu of Showalter at Orlando Executive Airport. We found the customer service at Sheltair to be very pleasant, accommodating, and professional. We also found it very easy to impress upon our own customers a quality of service unparallel by most FBO's. With the help of Paige, Amber, Kaylin, Michelle and all the linemen, we were able to contribute to the success of our company's sales-force by displaying a level of accommodation and convenience to potential customers. Considering the competitive fuel prices coupled with a clean, comfortable and state of the art facility, Sheltair is a "must-use" FBO in the Orlando area.
