Fly in here a few times a year in the Skylane for OSU football games and occasional business trips. Competent and helpful ATC services both from Columbus Approach and OSU tower personnel. Line service and front desk personnel are both courteous and efficient. A special shout out to Roger Tucker who heads up the Maintenance division here. On a recent trip, a maintenance issue was discovered upon landing that required us to leave the plane overnight on a weekend. Counter personnel assisted me with a rental car, on Monday morning, Roger prioritized my aircraft into his maintenance operation (which is so busy they have a night shift). My plane was inspected, tested and returned to service in very prompt fashion at a reasonable cost. Fuel may be a wee bit pricey, but is acceptable in light of the quality of service rendered.

Was there overnight on August 24. Very friendly and courteous staff. Great customer service. We come through here a few times a year and have always had a great experience with the FBO. But BEWARE of a $50 delivery fee each way if renting from Hertz, of which they do not disclose. My $74 rental turned into $174!!!!!!'mm

The FBO office is temporarily in a large and well-cooled doublewide near the rear of Hangar 7. It's not a far walk at all from the flight line parking. The main FBO is being remodeled. Everyone is nice and the line crew effective and ready to park us. KOSU is a great alternative to landing at KCMH if you are in a 'small' aircraft...Or larger.
From Richard Traunero on 18-Oct-2016

Friendly, helpful folks. $10 ramp fee for single, waived with either a fuel purchase or receipt from restaurant on field. "Follow Me" SUV with line person who helped tiedown, and also untie plane when I arrived for departure. Great stop for northern Columbus.
From Michael Mcgrath on 26-Jun-2016

I am at KOSU about once a quarter and have always had the same level of excellent service whether it's a routine visit or a special needs visit. Rental always ready to go, hangar if I need it and just generally an efficient operation. Great popcorn!
From Ryan Flanigan on 14-May-2016

Great experience with them. Marshalled into a spot with a "follow me" SUV, fueled the plane immediately upon parking. Reasonable price/gal. Stayed overnight 2 days, tie down fee waived with fuel purchase. Let us drive the car out to the plane to load. Easy to get along with, very happy with the experience. We'll be back!
From Larry Wunsch on 05-Apr-2016

Great experience with the line staff and at the desk. The controller in the tower was kind of knob. Clearly jets have priority. Took forever to depart. Four planes in line waiting for aircraft 2 miles out of land.
From Stan Crader on 26-Oct-2015

Great service, friendly people, good fuel prices, easy approach and departure...What else needs to be said...
From Bob Wilson on 12-Oct-2015

The staff here from ATC to the line and counter personnel is always competent, attentive and spot-on.....Even on busy OSU football game days when things can get a little hectic. My only minor complaint is that although they now have an Enterprise car rental outlet conveniently co-located on site, you will pay about twice the going rate (I paid $50 for the same class car showing online with Enterprise at $24.69) Although Enterprise always advertises they will "pick you up", they can't do it here because of the exclusive co-location agreement they have with the airport which allows them to turn their rental cars into a secondary profit center versus a value added customer convenience. That's the price of convenience I guess.
From Mike Marra, Keystone Flight on 26-Jul-2015

Excellent service on 25 July 2015. Flew in XC for the day and received great service, parking, fueling and customer focus. Nice pilot area and observation deck. There is also a great little place to eat attached to the FBO. I will be back! Keep up the great work.
From Jim M. on 15-Jun-2015

Lineman was great, had my car running and ready and was exceedingly helpful. Thanks for running a great airport.
From Pat OBrien on 09-May-2015

Team did an excellent job from the initial call before flying to OSU and continued with a super and well planned out arrival procedure. Great people and they make a super team!
From Drew Elliott on 29-Jan-2015

My second trip to KOSU. This is a really good, service oriented FBO. Everybody very pleasant and eager to please.
