My compliments and praise to the management of MidAmerica Jet and the staff. Kathy, Conan, and David are some of the most considerate and helpful individuals I have had the opportunity to do business with while flying cross-country. Great customer service!!!!

I had to RON at OWB on Jun 28 due to ATL weather. Mark was most helpful finding me a good motel and gave me a ride into town. Kathy came and got me the next morning. I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express and Mike went out of his way to give me a good price on the room. Lots of helpful folks at OWB and I recommend MidAmerica FBO.

Excellent FBO with reasonable gas prices. They said they like to keep their full service price the same as the other FBO's self serve price which is a nice surprise. We'll be back for sure.

Great place... Very open and clean. Prompt service even in the late hours of the night. Mike was there to help tie down our plane and went out of the way to make a hotel reservation. He even drove us to our hotel which we have never seen before. They have a large pilot lounge and great wx room. Bathrooms are spick and span. Mike thanks again for the car ride and helping us get supper. Great laughs and stories along the way.

Great service. Stopped in on a Friday night, line service gave us a ride to the hotel and back the next morning (at 6:30 AM). Michael helped us get the plane warmed up and started on Saturday morning. By far the best line service tech I've met. Definitely planning on going back sometime, even if it is out of the way.

Definitely some of the friendliest folks you'll meet. Great facilities, cheap ramp fee for a turbo prop and a courtesy car to get some great BBQ. Looking for an excuse to come back!

What a great FBO! People are super friendly and even more helpful. Having a mechanic right next door is really handy as well. Had a flap problem that they fixed while we were at lunch. I'd go out of my way to stop there!

Very, very nice facility. Flew in and dropped some passengers off to go into town for business. The pilot's lounge is superb, wi-fi is available, and their courtesy car was in use already so they gave me one of their FBO trucks to go grab some lunch.

Stopped in on July 11, 2008 to attend a Beech Aero Club fly in and the staff couldn't have been nicer. They do not charge a ramp fee for smaller GA aircraft (fly a twin Duchess) and only charge 10 bucks if your using the car to go to Moonlight BBQ which is great. Facility is top notch and a good place to hang out if you're avoiding some storms.

This was my last stop on a multi-city (KHSV, KRIC, KROC, KOWB) trip; KHSV and KOWB were fuel stops. I've created reviews in each of the location to describe my FBO experience for pilot reference. My Type aircraft is a Cirrus SR22. My experience at KOWB MidAmerica Jet was good. The staff was friendly and professional. The facilities were very acceptable. This is a GA friendly airport, no landing fees, no tie down fee or other misc. Charges. I recommend this FBO.

Stopped in yesterday, found very helpful service and avgas prices at 5.18, as indicated. No other fees were charged. Did not have a chance to visit the Moonlight BBQ restaurant, which they said was highly regarded. Maybe will stop in with the kids on the way to Spring Break in March.

After arriving we went to the other FBO first because they were supposed to be closer for walking to Moonlight and had cheaper self-serve fuel. After fueling, we discovered they were closed and locked (at 3 PM on a Saturday afternoon) and there was no way to walk past the security gate to leave. Humbly I taxied over to MidAmerica and explained my plight, including the fact that my tanks were full and I could not buy fuel. They were more than gracious! Their courtesy car was out, but they called Moonlight for us to get a ride immediately and let us use their ramp and beautiful facility. They would have been within their rights to charge a ramp fee, but didn't. Skip the other FBO and patronize MidAmerica... You'll be glad you did. I'll be back.

Dave was very helpful and ran a real efficient operation, met us at the airplane, loaded our bags, was helpful with the rental car and treated us like royality - had to practically beg him to accept a tip - reasonable fuel prices - great place to stop or visit
