I stopped here for fuel recently. The guy who helped me was very rude. I asked about the fuel price, which was $0.90/gal more than advertised on AirNav. All he said was too bad, and that it hadn't been that price in over a year. Then he tried to blame AirNav for not updating the price. Then took 30 minutes to get the pump to work. When I asked for fuel out of the truck was told it would cost more. I was about to leave when he finally got the pump to work. Then I was over charged by over $80. I called the guy about it and he said that was between my bank and me. I fly commercially full time and love to fly for leisure on trips like this. So I spend a lot of time at FBO's. The lack of service and hospitality along with the false advertisement, overcharging my card, and poor customer service all contributed to my bad experience at Pendleton Aviation. This was my first trip through Oregon, it is a beautiful state and hope to come back soon, however I think I will fuel elsewhere!

It had been 2 years since I had flown to Pendleton. The man at Pendleton Aviation remembered me and even the plane I used to own! Friendly and helpful. Fuel was taken care of just as I had asked. (Tower controllers very helpful and friendly - this is quite nice since I wasn't very familiar with the airport). Caution: It's easy to confuse the airport area with the surrounding fields, especially if it's hazy.

Flew in there over the weekend, friendly folks let me use their courtesy car for the afternoon. Controller in the tower had a great sense of humor, likes orange :-)

Stopped by for fuel - very friendly line service. The nice controllers are still there, too!
