My wife and I stopped for fuel at PMZ on Nov. 7 2009 on our way to Ocracoke Island for lunch. Carrol met us with a friendly smile and was very helpful in refueling the plane. He also invited us back on any Wednesday for the fish fry. I will definitely be returning to PMZ in the future and probably on a Wednesday.

Stopped by for fuel stop Oct 21, 2009 on our way back from W95 (no fuel at Ocracoke). We were a few minutes after closing time but the manager was happy to stay open a few minutes past five to pump gas for us. He was very helpful and friendly; runway nice and long, and gas is fairly priced. He said we'd just missed regular Wednesday fish fry. Great little airport and very positive experience.

Stopped to fuel the Baron and a dear gentleman pumped our fuel in 100-degree heat. After an enjoyable chat he sent us on our way with a delicious batch of homegrown tomatoes. A very nice fuel stop and incredible fuel prices and nice, friendly people. Hard to beat.

Flew in to pick up my wife. They were having lunch and invited me to eat with them while waiting. Great food and great people. They made me feel like I was one of them. You should stop in even if you don't need to. You won't regret it.

Great little airport. Friendly. Helpful. Flew in for a funeral, stayed for a few hours. Got a ride to the church, and Knapp (airport manager) picked me up from the church to bring me back to the airport. No ramp fee for me. Did not buy fuel but avgas at the time was about $4 a gallon - reasonable. Will return.

Stopped in our Beech Sport for fuel on our way to ME. Didn't realize they didn't have SS, called the after hours # posted on the door and someone was out to help us within 15 min. We'll stop here for fuel again. Thanks!
