In here today, for overnite. Everything ready and done just right for our Turbo Commander N900NE, passengers and crew. Thanks folks. Well done.

Great service by both office staff and line guys. Rental car ready and waiting, fuel available when needed, helped with the bags, gave us customized map and directions. Really, really good people. I would definitely park here again.

From attentive line service to some of the most complete and comprehensive directions (including advice on traffic), this FBO did a great job. They went the extra mile on every part of my experience!!

First time to KPNE. Flew in 02-03 May 2009. Had called earlier in the week to reserve a car, confirmed again day prior to arrival. Called on the radio 10 mins out from landing. Service was Outstanding --> Line guy met me at the plane and marshaled me in to the spot, rental car was delivered to the spot before I even got out of the plane, line guy tied the plane down pretty well without being asked. I asked for a fuel top off, the plane had been topped-off before I returned to launch out the next day. It was raining when I returned to depart. Line guy towed the plane into a hangar for me (no charge for about 1 hour hangar use) so I could preflight under cover, then let me climb in before being towed outside for engine start. Overnight fee ($30) was waived with fuel top-off, so only paid $5 ramp fee. I would definitely use the Jet Center again when going to KPNE. Very friendly service by Kelly, and everyone, at every possible opportunity.

Last comment on May 2008 and had no reason to complain. On 4/5/09 flew an Archer into KPNE Jet Center. Stayed about 1.5 hours. Borrowed crew car. I asked for a top off (6 gal total). Fee $5 landing plus a WHOPPING $30 parking fee (despite short stay & fuel purchase). Last May I paid total $10 for same stay. Cathy told me FBO needed to make more money and no fee waiver unless 20 gallon purchase regardless of length of stay. Cathy later came out to my airplane on the ramp offering to waive the fee on my next visit. I nicely asked for an immediate refund. Refused. I won't be back recreationally unless I need to be in Philly. For $30 they will not greet you, chock your airplane, and will fuel your airplane only after you come back to fly out. I don't mind paying for good service and longer stay but this just seemed unfair given the circumstances.

Though I failed to call ahead, they were not ready for my arrival. Did not come outside to park the plane, had to park myself and walk in for direction. However, they were very accommodating in allowing me to park near the building and use an electrical outlet for my engine heater. Fuel costs reasonable and less than Atlantic. Tie down was $20/night for a Cherokee 180 (not $10 as previously reported) but they did waive one night with fuel purchase. Less conveinent access to major highways versus Atlantic.

Real close to the runway if you land short on 24. They had a rental car at the plane when we came in; loaded our bags and we were ready to go. A nice facility with good service.

Excellent service! Lineman met us and carried luggage directly to waiting limo. ($64 to downtown) The desk staff was very helpful with recommendations for sites to visit. Restrooms clean and stocked. Landing fee $5/night, Tie down $10/ night, decreased if fuel purchased. $46 for a cab back from downtown. Will definitely return if going to Philadelphia.

Flew in to North Philly in my Piper Archer again. Stopped at the Jet Center. Initially we had to wait a couple minutes before a dude came out showing us where to park, but after that we walked into FBO and saw Cathy. Cathy was friendly and gave us plenty of attention. I called ahead in the morning to ask whether a courtesy car would be available, and she told us it would, but limited to about 45 minutes. That was fine with us. The car is an early 80s model station wagon and smells, but it got us to where we wanted to go. We came back pretty quickly and then chatted with Cathy for at least 15 minutes while the bill was being prepared. The bill was 5 dollars for the landing fee, and 5 dollars for parking (half of its normal rate of 10 dollars because we took some gas). The FBO is slightly out of the way and it felt like we taxied to the active for about 7 minutes or so. Gas was over 6 dollars an hour, more than my home base of KSMQ.

Visited the FBO for my Instrument Cross Country IFR Training. Nice FBO, nice people, and the price were very reasonable. Also less expensive than PHL. Although not required, but as a courtesy, to call a day before to give them a heads up if you are going to use there facility.

Kathy and her crew were fantastic... Thanks for the great service.

From Carl Marbach on 08-Feb-2008
I will not argue that the service is better than Atlantic. But the gas price is still high and the parking charge of $90/night ($45 for the first night if you buy gas) for my turbo Commander is way too much.

Excellent service and lower ramp fees! I arrived at Jet Center running late for a meeting, needing a car and driving directions since my 496 GPS quit en route. The lady at the counter went out of her way to sit down and print up some mapquest directions while I filled in the rental car papers. She also rounded up four batteries for my dead backup GPS. Her assistance made the crucial difference in getting us to the meeting on time. The parking fee was also just a fraction of the parking over at Atlantic. I'll certainly return to the Jet Center when at PNE. Thanks!!

The Jet Center is the place to go! We have been coming into PNE at least once a week in our King Air 200 and Cirrus SR22 for several months now and have been using Atlantic Aviation across the field...Not any more! Atlantic has the worst service around! I don't speak from a one-time experience. They repeatedly were very slow, messed up my fuel orders, didn't care, wouldn't make wrongs right, etc. I told them about it many times, and kept giving them another chance. Finally, I decided to try the Jet Center and was soooo happy the first time. The service was very fast and very friendly. Their fuel prices are even less than Atlantic's. I'll be back every time!

Service was good, but the rental car from the in-house agency smelled like smoke and was a bit worse for wear. The decor of this place is right out of "That 70's Show!” We are talking seriously pink floral covers in the sunken couch lounge and wallpaper. I kept expecting the door to open to the group hot tub area. Wireless Internet was inop while I was there but the terminals worked fine. I'll go back because I'm not an Atlantic fan in general. $5 for landing, $10 for parking a single waived with 10-gallon fuel purchase. Pricing definitely fair for the neighborhood.

FANTASTIC! Best FBO I have been to in a while. Wonderful service from both Kathy at the counter and the two linemen that helped me. And the largest and most comfortable lounge and waiting facilities I have seen in a long time. On a scale of 1 to 10 this place is a 12.

From Tom Mills on 01-Apr-2007
Since my November 2005 visit, I am now based here at the Jet Center and am receiving great service. Thanks to all especially Kathy and Ted who are paying attention to details. You must try this FBO.
