I got my chance to try PRN again and am glad I did! This is one of those great little airports run by pilots for pilots.

I missed the part where it said they don't open until 1PM on Sundays...D'oh! There is a number for after hour’s fuel, but no phone. PRN is a neat little airport and I hope to try again on my return trip.

My wife and I stopped in due to weather. Mr. Capps could not have been nicer. After showing us the computer to check weather, he left to run some errands, but not before leaving us the key to the van. I was very impressed by his friendliness and attitude. Highly recommended.

Great airport. Just bought a piper 235 from Houston flying back to NJ, ran into bad weather and stopped in for night. FBO operator Travis Capps was great took us into town picked me up in morning free of charge and in morning plane would not start. Travis jumped me and would not take any money also fixed starter once again no charge. Mr. Travis please check under coffee mug, left a tip. Great man, aviation needs more people like him.
