We're a 135-charter operator and last week we flew several organ transplant teams into Bergstrom's after hours. Amber was a tremendous help coordinating crew/passenger transportation and keeping the FBO open for us late into the night.

The Bergstrom FBO is by far one of the best that we have ever flown into. We travel extensively across America, with our dog Sydney, and Bergstrom is our favorite stop. From the first time I walked in the doors to inquire about transient parking to now, every time we hit KPSC the service is amazing. They greet us like family, have plenty of biscuits and love for the dog, and the mechanics are courteous, prompt and skilled. And, they have a flight school too, so, if one needs any refreshing - this place has it all.

Flew the Pilatus into PSC for the first time. Bergstrom took care of us. Hotels and rental cars (great Bergstrom pricing!) were all completed from one call. Had to leave earlier than anticipated, but fueling was done in a hurry with a smile, and gpu was quickly connected so we could cool the plane before pax arrived. Donna and Peter were great to work with, would definitely stop in again!

A fantastic FBO in one of those out-of-the-way, well-run, professional airports one gets the pleasure of visiting. When PSC/Ground asked where we were parking, I said "the FBO" to which they replied, "which one". Needless to say, the right selection was made. The people were friendly, service immediate and professional, a crew car was made available, and they even sell WA-area wines in their store (the prices were great! but wt/bal dictated we couldn't buy any). PSC was a pick from the map, which was the limit of our fuel, plus reserves, and we're glad we chose it - we will visit again. Also, Bergstrom has a small flight school and the Instructor, who was assisting at the desk (Peter), was helpful and friendly. What a hidden gem. Plus, the controllers were friendly, professional, patient and accommodating, especially to a pilot unfamiliar with the area and airport.

Flew into Pasco on a military guard lift on a C130. Purchased a large amount of fuel, 22k lbs. That being said I have flown into countless FBO's around the country and purchased the same amount or more and never received the level of personal service that Bergstrom provided. From the time we contacted them 10 minutes out on the radio we were welcomed with a warm "glad you guys are here how can we help". Malin Bergstrom, Michel Pelletier and the entire Bergstrom staff could have not have possibly been more personal and helpful. A+++++++ FBO hope to return some time in the future.

I flew into Bergstrom on 8/13/087 with two students. From the time we landed, we were greeted with excelent service. An employee even took us through a drive through to get some food before continuing on our cross country. We ended up having to do an after hours call out for maintenance on our aircraft and we had a mechanic back at the airport within 15 minutes. Their facilities are clean and they have a well stocked pilot shop and vending area with better than average vending food. I would highly recommend Bergstrom Aircraft if you're stopping in the Pasco area.

As we taxied in to Bergstrom on Sunday 27 July ground control told us that if we were not airborne in thirty minutes, we would have a thirty-minute delay for a TFR. We asked Bergstrom for a quick turn, got 255 gal and were on our way in ten minutes. These people are very good, no wasted motion, very professional Thanks again

Have been going into Bergstrom off an on for the past few years. I have found the staff and the Service Out Standing. And if you have any questions about the local wines just ask the front desk. They are more than happy to help. All and all it has been a pleasurable experience dealing with Bergstrom.

Visited Bergstrom in a King Air 200. They were very helpful to my passengers and me. Friendly and professional staff. Had a rental car ready for the passengers and a shuttle ride for me if I wanted food. Have a sleep room and a TV lobby all with comfortable seats. Also have an Internet computer and a WSI weather computer.

Great place had problems with right engine starting mechanic was out to look at it before I got out of plane diagnosed and fixed problem in no time thanks Daniel I really appreciated it

This is a great all around FBO. Their CSR's are always happy to see us regardless of how much fuel we buy. This is a well run and professional FBO that is always up to the task. They have been in business for over 35 year... They are definitely doing things right.

I am writing this comment, happy that quality still exists. Every time Alpine Air has dealt with Bergstrom Aviation the service and smiles never stop. On one end of the spectrum paying for service is a fact of life but at Bergstrom Aviation you come away with the feeling that you received more than what you paid for. The tech support at Bergstrom Aviation has always been helpful and knowledgeable and, is oft referenced by aircraft manufacturers. This is not an elaboration; the service here has been great!

I diverted into Pasco in a Piper Chieftain, with oil pressure problems. I needed to leave Pasco ASAP, I asked Bergstrom for help. I just happened to catch Daniel (one of the mechanics) in the lobby, and explained my problem. He said he could get to it today and asked what time that I needed it done, and they got on it right away. The lady at the front desk greeted me with a nice smile, and gladly took my fuel order, and arranged fueling to be done between the maintenance. Meanwhile, I used their computer to file flight plans and get weather. I had just enough time to grab a McDonald's breakfast, and when I returned, the airplane was ready to go...Fueled, fixed, on the ramp, in less than an hour! EVERY time I visit Bergstrom's, I experience nothing but the FINEST customer service, expert maintenance help, and fast fueling. I really appreciate their understanding of my needs, and ability to help me out in such a time crunch. Kudos to everyone working there on Monday, Dec. 17.

The people working the front desk weren't outwardly rude and even a little warm. Generally speaking there was no concept of service or even projecting the illusion of service. The Internet connection was down All day. I did purchase fuel, although a modest amount for my type aircraft. When I asked to borrow a terminal for just a few seconds to file a flight plan my question was avoided and deferred to when the lobby's Internet connection gets fixed. After 7 hours of sitting in the lobby, still no Internet connection- no one offered to let me use a computer to file my flight plan (the employees' internet connections were working just fine). But here's why this situation really frustrated me. There's no real pilot lounge and the heat was turned down real low. I think Bergstrom could make a few changes that would greatly improve customer service and help make pilots who have to be there a little more comfortable. Having a quiet area for the pilots is important.

Good news...Very friendly people. Bad news.... No fuel discounts, unless buying more than 500 gallons. Top dollar for fuel, BTW. When we arrived on the ramp, there was no marshal to park us. We had to get our own chocks. We requested a GPU to power the Aircraft for 20 minutes to update our FMS. I was surprised to find a $35.00 GPU charge on my receipt. We were not advised of this beforehand.
