Wow! Greeted by name walking in the door. Receptionist (Renee) offered water and/or coffee, even asked what else we might need. We were handled, parked and fueled promptly by line personnel. Least expensive fuel on the field. Great people and beautiful facility. Don't even consider another FBO on the field!

Well, another darn funeral in Pontiac. But I swear this is the finest FBO I go to. Flew in VFR and they still had a lineman waiting for me with the car right there. Quick do some paperwork and outta there. And of course they remembered me from my last couple visits and greeted me by name. Was like coming home. Just terrific service.

We traveled to KPTK Oakland County Airport last week to repair an aircraft; it was located at Oakland Air FBO. They were very helpful supporting all our needs. We observed a knowledgeable, fully staffed, well equipped maintenance facility on site. The line service people and FBO staff were also very helpful and friendly.

Arrived late. Drew provided excellent assistance once again. Nice facility, reasonable prices. We will continue to use Oakland Air for all trips to PTK!

I received one of those phone calls you dread. A parent has passed (my wife's mom). So I hastily organized a trip from Minneapolis to Pontiac. I called Oakland Air to organize a car. Upon arrival, two line guys guided me to parking where my car was waiting. They helped with bags, the plane cover, anything we needed. And in the car, there was a gift basket and a sympathy card. Wow. Thanks Oakland Air. You really brightened our otherwise dark day.

Excellent experience. Arrived in a 310 on a charter. Great line guys. Great front desk reception. Nice courtesy car. Friendly staff. Low fuel prices for a big city area. Nice facility. Will use them next time I am at PTK.

Awesome facility and staff. The line crew is very responsive, reliable and well trained. The staff and management inside are knowledgeable and very interested in client satisfaction. Great place for any airplane, jet or piston.

Excellent FBO. The wx was terrible and I needed to get in the hangar. They didn't have a tow bar for my MU-2, so they went the extra mile and called another FBO to get one for me. The facility is great. People are friendly. They took care of me and I didn't buy a gallon of fuel! Great place.

Excellent Service. VERY nice facility. Do not go anywhere else on this field. I was offered a crew car to get something to eat. They had ice and sodas ready for my passengers before I left. The line service knows what they are doing.

Excellent service. Was almost as good as being home. Janeane was extremely friendly, and even offered to call a local friend Greg who also works at Corporate Air Travel (local). Nothing better than great service with a smile. Hope to return soon, however with being with Flexjet, who knows when I will get the pleasure. Keep up the good work.
