Duncan took excellent care of the 441 and us while we were basing with them for several weeks. The facility is huge, new, they've got everything and is first class as was the way we were treated. Everyone is very friendly and on top of everything, with prompt fueling and they were able to fit us in the hangar on short notice when we needed it.

We began taking our Citation and Gulfstream to Duncan two years ago. This has been the very best decision! We always get the very best customer service. Line service has been exceptional. It is my opinion that Bob and his staff are the very best in the industry at what they do!

WOW......What an AMAZING FACILITY!!! Besides EVERYTHING within this new FBO/Facility "physically" being First Class.....The Staff TOPS IT OFF! I made a call a couple weeks ago in regards to making a weekend visit to attend BYU football game & Matt was beyond eager to accommodate to happen. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Matt where this young man has gone OVER THE TOP in CARE, SERVICE, & ACCOMMODATING!! Besides your amazing facility and Matt's service has truly brighten my spirits! Thank you so very much for this AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!!! Hope to be back!!!

Used Duncan Aviation last week for the first time. We were on a quick turn, so we didn't hang out too long, but the staff was great during our short stay. Very accommodating and on top of things from the second we pulled in. Great ramp and customer service staff. The facility is brand new, clean and bright. Looking forward to heading back and spending some time with he folks at Duncan.
