Talk about rock star treatment! By the time I opened the door, our rental car was parked behind the plane and two helpful line guys were standing by to unload our stuff. They were quick, efficient and very professional. When I returned 3 days later, they were right there to help load the plane, and take away the rental car. Excellent FBO...Will definitely be back!

I had a magneto go out at noon on my way from Kansas City to South Texas for a family reunion starting that evening, and was told it would be two days before they could even look at it. E.T. Mechanical at the south end of the field, even though they specialize in turbine aircraft, took it in, fixed the mag, and had me out a few hours. The mechanic even stayed past 5:00 to get me to my reunion. Thank YOU to Ed Schwartz and his staff.

Had the need to spend 1 night on the way west. Called ahead to make sure they would be open. Gave us the crew car since we would only be there long enough to rest. Car was waiting by the plane. Line guys were great and quick. CSR had it all ready for us. Thanks

In order to obtain a rental car "line gentleman" stayed over 2 1/2 hours.... (Gave him 20 bucks and offered to pay manager for his O'time)...."Absolutely not" was his response - "we're here to provide service"".... Very refreshing in this day and age.... Good/accommodating people at ServiCenter - HIGHLY recommend them.... PS No facility fee, which is also rare....

From the very first call to the Service Center to arrange ground transportation for the boss and his guests I knew immediately I had chosen the correct FBO. Denise was informative, professional, and friendly. She personally drove my passengers into town while the great line service crew took my fuel order and serviced my O2. Outstanding service, second to none. Was in town for a day to visit some new exhibits at the National Cowboy Museum/Hall of Fame. Called Denise a day earlier for a car and she had a rental car waiting under the carport for us. Everything was prepared and all we literally had to do was initial a few places and drive off. Came back and our airplane was fueled and ready to go. Great facility, typical friendly Oklahoma hospitality. It is THE place to stop if you're going to Oklahoma City.

After having the worst experience of my life at AAR at OKC we ended up at the ServiCenter. It could not have been more night and day. The service was amazing and the facility was pretty decent too. The lobby was nice and the pilot’s lounge was not too bad. All FBOs provide the same services more or less; it is the customer service that made a difference. Will NEVER go to AAR again but next time in OK City will definitely go to the ServiCenter.

Memorial Day, I was preparing for departure when I notice my battery was completely dead. Chuck, the general manager, went well out of his way, on a holiday, to charge me up and get my going again. And at no extra charge beyond my moderate fuel purchase. They handle birds a lot larger and more expensive than mine, but I think ALL who visit there with find nothing but superior service. Thanks Chuck. You too, Denise. See you guys again soon.

We took a trip over spring break to (CAMI) high altitude chamber and landed in PWA because it was the closest to our hotel. They had free soda and popcorn in the pilot's lounge, the FBO looked great, the people were very nice, and they two very nice courtesy cars. We will be back!

This was my first time to the Oklahoma City area as a GA pilot. The people at Servicenter made the trip a breeze. They were very professional, service oriented, and accommodating. The facility was clean and well maintained. Without question, the next time I go to PWA I will be using Servicenter.

No question that this is the best FBO on the field! Service is outstanding and the fuel price is by far the lowest. They treated our KA90 like a G-5. Very helpful staff, they took our pax to the hotel on short notice when the hotel was unable to pick them up. Prompt service and very, very professional. I have been a patron to both FBO's at PWA and there is no need to look any further than Service Center. Keep it up!!!

Spent the night last weekend. The service was excellent, had my rental pulled up and open when I got there. Even kept a turkey we had won at a local fly-in frozen over night. Who could ask for anything more. Will be my place to go in OKC.

My girlfriend and I flew in to Wiley Post in a C-172 at about 8:30 last weekend. It was cold out and our first time being there. The crew could not have been more helpful! After parking in the wrong spot, they towed it back to the correct spot for us and tied down the plane. Topped it off, checked us out quickly, and really just made our stay in Oklahoma City for the first time fantastic. The lounge was great, the car was great, and the service was... Well, great! I would highly recommend this service center for anyone flying in. I'm defiantly going to be returning there soon.

Stayed at ServiceCenter for one day / night last week and was very impressed! Vincent - Deborah - Leslie and the rest of the staff took care of my brand new Cirrus like it was their own aircraft. Vincent took the time to find out where I needed to be the next day for meetings and ran a map quest printout to the car so I would be all set and on time the following day. He researched several hotel options for me including guest reviews, and offered his local knowledge of all. Very impressive service from the staff all around. A management member stopped by on my day of departure and said " we're really happy you gave us an opportunity to do business with you. Is there anything we could have improved upon? Well we want to thank you for your business, it means a lot to us" Impressive.... Now if I could only run my own business that well!

Flew in Sunday afternoon, 18 Jun 2006 from Altus to do some shopping in the OKC area. I chose Service Center because of what I read on this website. Called a few hours ahead to ensure courtesy car would be available and although I was a 1 1/2 late from what I told them, they had the car waiting for us and even started it to keep it cool. Didn't need anything, but with service like that, I'll be back!

ServiCenter is the way FBOs at larger GA airports should be - very friendly folks on the ramp and at the desk, beautiful facility in the old Commander Aircraft facility, easy access, and they baby your airplane like it's their own. We haven't been to Trajen but can't imagine better service than what we got here. Thanks!

`A first class' facility - super friendly staff (Donna & Denise), hangar space, and the FBO accommodations are very comfortable and spacious. ServiCenter is my first choice when flying into KPWA.
