Who would have thought that there would be homemade cookies (someone made and brought them from home) at the busiest GA airport in the second largest city in the U.S.! The folks at signature were consummate professionals and extremely helpful. Everything was in order and on time -- plane was triple-chocked, fueled and we breezed in and out on arrival and departure. I will indeed come again.

Very pleasant and helpful staff. Arranged a room and ride to the Courtyard by Marriott. I forgot that I had just fueled my Cirrus at Midway and so only took 6 gallons here, but they still waived the fee! Highly recommend.

Thank you so much for a very pleasant visit. I arrived at your FBO (Signature) with the need to meet (and pick-up) a very important passenger (my future bride) at ORD. I planned to simply take a taxi to/from ORD, but upon arriving Signature PWK, Lori insisted that I use the FBO's crew-car, saving me at least $50. The ground-travel distance was fairly short and she also insisted that the FBO refuels the crew-car (not me). Super nice folks at a beautiful FBO. I have always had excellent, courteous, friendly service at every Signature FBO I've stopped at (throughout the Mid-West area). Very much recommended. (Parking fee is consistent with most other FBO's nationwide... Buy some fuel, fee is waived).

I'm very hestitant about flying into any Signature as their fuel prices and ramp/handling fees are so out of whack, BUT Pam at this facility made a simple passenger drop off a breeze. I just got hammered at their HXD for close to $8 jet the week before, and Pam was so nice to waive the fee for dropping a pax from a single engine. Very nice lady and excellent service.

Signature went way above and beyond on my trip through there in July 2008. While at a weekend conference in Chicago, I awoke to hear thunder at 1am and called the FBO to see if they could put my plane away. I thought it was a long shot - I couldn't imagine who would be awake, but the guys at Signature were there. Mike, the lineman on duty that night, answered the phone and said he would put my Cirrus away immediately. I felt a little guilty about asking someone to move my plane into a hangar in the midst of a thunderstorm, but he put on his rain gear and towed my plane in to safety. By 2am, my aircraft was safe from lightning and hail - an important thing, since I was 2, 000 miles away from home. I've always been treated well at Signature FBO's, but the Signature at PWK far exceeded my expectations in taking care of my piston single and me. I will go out of my way to stop here next time I'm in the Chicago area.

Came in on 6/30 to pick up a passenger in a C172, and got great service. A nice facility, excellent weather/flight planning room, and will definitely use Signature in the future.

I use PWK often but had not been stopping at Signature but I will be in the future. The line staff is professional but also very helpful, ditto for the line desk staff too. The facility is beautiful and very easy to get in and out of. Two thumbs up for Signature@PWK.

Stopped by on the way back from Oshkosh in a Bonanza. Signature provided excellent service. Line people came out to meet me, helped me get my few bags to the rental car, and provided helpful local information. If you have to stop in the Chicago area, I'd highly recommend this FBO. Thanks Signature!

BEWARE HIDDEN FEES! I called ahead and asked about parking fees. I even double checked with the linemen after parking and asked what the fees were. I was told $15 a night. Imagine my surprise when there was a $27 "handling charge" tacked on to my bill! At no time did anyone forewarn me about this fee, not even the linemen who KNEW that I was not fueling up! I arrived with full tanks and was unable to take on enough fuel to have the fee waived, so I had to pay it, and not even a complimentary bottle of water for my fee. Otherwise I found the FBO pleasant and friendly, with polite and helpful personnel.

An outstanding FBO! New facilities equipped with everything from sleep rooms and showers to 60-inch LCD panel TVs to watch while you are waiting for weather to pass. $15 a night overnight fee is worth it if you are looking for a one-stop shop with a Hertz rental counter on site and courtesy car if you are there for a few hours. Fuel is cheaper on the weekends. Staff there is abundant and very friendly and helpful. A highly recommended place.

On the way back from Oshkosh, I stopped in Chicago due to weather and an issue with my plane. The people at Signature were extremely friendly and helpful. They shuttled me back and forth from my hotel and the Palwaukee Service Center. I borrowed their crew car to go get some food. Even though I was flying an older Cessna Skyhawk, I was treated the same as if I'd flown in on a Gulfstream. They have a very friendly staff -- I'll definitely stop there next time I'm in Chicago.

I was greeted by the linemen who quickly started re-fueling my plane (Piper Cherokee 180.) I went into the FBO and Mary Jo greeted us and gave us tons of info on places to eat and what she recommended. They let me use their courtesy car to head downtown to the Hard Rock Cafe to pick up a T-Shirt, and on the way back we stopped off at Edwardo's Pizzaria.. Oh my GOD!! Mary Jo recommended this and I have to say, I brought it back home to Mason, Ohio and warmed it up and it was so delicious. Thanks Mary Jo for the recommendation. Everyone at SFS were very nice and would go out of their way to lend a hand in offering something for you.. Ill be sure to come back soon. Thanks SFS for all your help.

Super nice line guys, had two help with bags both arrival and departure all the way to car. Even helped with kids, ages 1, 3, 5 (Thanks Rico). Fuel prices LESS than expected. Received 'preferred customer' discount even though just a piston single first time visitor. Impeccable facilities. Also big thanks to tower saved me time on the PWK2DP by amending my clearance from my inefficient initial request.

Used Signature on 2/28/2007. Very courteous and helpful staff and great facility. They kept our Lance's heat plugged in until we came back. On week-ends they drop the fuel price by 50 cents. Great experience.

Here's a HUGE thank you to an outstanding FBO. We were diverted to PWK on Christmas Eve and found ourselves in a filthy, mud covered Cherokee parked next to a G5. We laughed it up a bit with the line guys about the mud-covered turkey. We left from a muddy grass strip. At the service desk, I asked the lady if they had any courtesy cars. She said, "Yes, but only for 2 or 3 hours." I said, "well, I need a rental NOW. I have 11 o'clock tickets for King Tut." It was 10:10. She handed me the keys and said, "it's a white Taurus on the right outside the front door. Here's how you get there." I got the feeling that I was more appreciated there because I'm a bush pilot and not a jet jockey. Finally, a big shout out to the Chicago ATC who got me out of there at 6pm on one of the busiest nights of the year. You folks are top-notch.
