Pretty tasty food! The restaurant is on the second floor of the terminal building (it took us a few minutes to figure that out). The restaurant is closed between lunch and dinner but they do serve a number of appetizers in the bar. There is short-term parking and easy access nearby (ground controller was very helpful).

Peter Chu's is definitely a cut above your average Chinese restaurant. The food is excellent, and the prices are the same you'd expect to pay at your below-average neighborhood joint. Great views of the airport from the window seats. Restaurant parking is just a few yards away from the entrance. Highly recommended.

July 22, 2007 stopped at Redding based on the AirNav comments - Right On! Tower directed us to the special gate, the Security guard held it open, and we walked around to the terminal for a GREAT lunch - everybody takes their leftovers home! The AT-6 team practicing right out front added to the pleasure of the great view while eating! Go there if you like Chinese!

This destination restaurant is a great place to bring a date, the family, or friends for excellent Chinese food. Redding is an easy approach (a little warm at times) and can accommodate what ever your wallet allows you to fly to get there... Highly recommended eatery

EXCELLENT!!! The service was quick and friendly. This is the best Chinese food that I've had in a long time. The restaurant is located in the termimal which is within walking distance of Redding Jet Center.
