Excellent stop! Got there late and the local pilots helped me out with good directions and a push to the tie-downs, even loaned the rope to tie down with. The courtesy car was clean and the same pilots were there the next morning to help push to the pumps. It is always refreshing to meet fellow aviators willing and able to offer whatever assistance is necessary. I'll always keep Red Oak on my stop by and visit list. Thanks again!

Quite simply one of the best experiences that I've had in 24 years of general aviation. Two transient aircraft (one mine) in a one hour span late on a Friday afternoon with minor mechanical issues and Gail Ernst the airport manager couldn't do enough for both of us - transportation, hangar space, finding tools, getting parts, hotel recommendations and whatever else was needed. A nice facility with a truly great manager. Visit Red Oak on your next trip to Iowa -- you won't be disappointed.

Nice airport. After-hours lobby and restrooms on the left side of the main hangar. Self-service fuel facility has excellent access and the CC machine is easy to use. Prices are as posted on AirNav & are one of the best prices for fuel in Iowa. Good flight planning computer in daytime terminal and a spacious pilot lounge. There's a loaner car for a run into town for food or supplies.

Nice facility with SS fuel at 4.10. Terminal building clean and neat and the coffee is always on.

Nice airport. Facilities are clean and well maintained. Good flight planning computer is available & a loaner car. After-hours lobby and restrooms on the left side of the main hangar. Self-service fuel facility is easy to use. Best price for 100 LL in the area.
