Friendly is not a word I would use to describe the line staff. They were more interested in pumping fuel to FedEx than 100LL to me. I must have interrupted their coffee break. Line staff not a bit too pleased when I asked them, then told them not to attach the static cord to the exhaust pipe but to use the nose struts. RKRS is a great field to practice your crosswind landings. But I'll never stop here again and get fuel.

The line guys were at the plane before we tied down; they fueled as requested and were pleasant. They called the car rental agent at the passenger terminal and he arrived quickly. Didn't have any trouble with missing tie down chains, as there was only one other plane on the ramp. Pilot lounge was clean and easy to use. Be prepared for wind!

Stopped in here today, not by choice but rather out of necessity. The line guys are helpful, efficient and courteous. That is unfortunately where the kudos stop. The ramp is missing tie-down chains on most of the spots. Further, the courtesy car is the worst one I've ever had the privilege of borrowing. In my humble opinion, this vehicle shouldn't be on the road. It's a county-owned vehicle, so I was surprised. Also, this airport is about in the middle of nowhere. It's eleven miles to town, and the motels that are willing to come and get you from the airport are EXPENSIVE! Not a recommended overnight stop.

Fuel is a bit high and service is just OK. Poor pilot lounge area also. Very high winds most the time.

I'm sorry, but I was not too impressed with the service this day. Great runway however. We came in a 421C. I took on 194 gallons, and I asked for the 5 cent discount for 200 gallons or more. No chance. I suppose I could have asked them to squeeze 6 more gallons in. I then asked for a quart of oil for each engine. The lineman simply handed me the two quarts of oil. I believe that for a bill over 800 dollars, the service might be better. On a positive note, the service was fast.

I was stuck here for 2 days, pretty nice place. Awesome service, no problems at all. Called for a hotel for me, and had great overall service, I will be back. Thanks!

We flew into RKS around April 20th and the service response was good. As for the service...It wasn't up to par. The line crew seemed to be very unsatisfied with the fact that we only took on 20 gallons. They came up to the plane at light speed and just rushed the fuel process, spilling fuel all over the wing and didn't bother to wipe off any excess. No matter if we are a single engine plane or a jet, it shouldn't matter and the service should be the same no matter what kind of plane you bring in.

Great service, no self service fuel. Car rental at the main terminal, they will pick you up at the GA FBO.

I was sure glad to hear the FBO answer on unicom on a dark night after I couldn't get the self-service pump to work at Fort Bridger. It saved me the cost of a motel room. And, their price was only 14 cents higher than at FBR.
