Jun 13 dropped in for an overnight and was treated very well. They got a rental car for me that was brought to the airplane for us...Talk about service! I will return and use them again.

Stopped in at AirO for fuel after crossing the Cascades from Eastern Washington, Very helpful staff, and nice lounge to take a break or pick up passengers.

Stayed 3 nights @ RNT. Air-O was very friendly and helpful. Had plane reparked out front and fueled upon when we arrived. Aaron was on duty. It was a Sunday when we left, so they are open on weekends!

What a turn around from AirO. Since I wrote my complaint about them, the business attitude changed completely and the company made a 180-degree turn. They are very prompt with service; billing issues got resolved and the entire company became a customer friendly one.

Nice FBO, accommodating. Leslie made rental car arrangements and car was ready. They had no tug and so I had to restart and taxi to parking and hand push aircraft (421) into spot. Line guy was new, friendly and helpful but pretty green in his knowledge of aircraft line operations (poor marshaling hand signals). We were there 5 days, aircraft well chocked but no tie-downs. Might try somewhere else with a tug next time. We departed on Sunday Aug 17 at 2 pm. They were there and fueled me (they were busy but got to me quickly). Perhaps their weekend open policy has changed or I just got lucky.

Not an aviator, but came in to pick up some hotshot airfreight late in the evening on 6-17-08. Very friendly staff, treated me as if I had flown in with a Gulfstream and got my truck loaded and on the way within 10 minutes of the aircraft cargo door opening.

Air O 's service has taken a downhill since I made my original comment. They are the only FBO in the world that doesn't open on the weekends. - We made a fuel order for our two-seater trainers that take fuel to the tabs. The airplanes were filled up causing us to lose revenue by giving free flight times so that we can burn the fuel off. To add insult to the injury, the airplanes that needed to be toped off didn't get toped off. - Our 10-airplane operation is not serviced on time, accurately and billing practices are nothing to write home about. - They do not care about the AVGAS customer. Even though we go through 1000 gallons every month. - The entire purpose of the business is to subsidize the fuel cost of their sister companies Worldwind helicopters.

I'm glad AirO was good for some. I've rarely been as disappointed with an FBO. I arrived 8/19/07. No call on their frequency because the staff turned down the radio to watch TV. I had to shut down and go inside for parking assistance. Then, the place was wide open, but no-one was around the next morning when I left, even though I rang the bell at the desk several times. I just left. But I won't return. One of the worst.

We stopped here in our C-208 Caravan for Jet Fuel. Prices and services are good, but beware they are closed on weekends that I found strange. However, if you have everything set up ahead of time you can manage coming in on the weekend.
