Flew in for a funeral - available crew car was provided for our use - all personnel were very helpful and friendly - fair fuel price - fuel purchase got handling fee waived. Generally look for smaller fields with lower prices, but had no better option for this trip - our experience with their service made me happy with the decision to use Signature at ROA.

Great service for a little Cirrus and a beautiful facility. Fees for an overnight hangar were $70 and the 100LL was inexpensive. The heated hangar was great considering that it was around freezing overnight.

For a Beech Bonanza on 8-17-2017: $40 facility fee, waived with a 10-gallon purchase plus $21 overnight fee (not waivable). Very nice people, and they got me a $99 rate at a nearby Sheraton that provided transport.

Just stopped in Roanoke this morning and left feeling VIOLATED by Signature Flight Support. I was on the ground for 10 minutes total and charged $285.00 handling charge and a $25.00 infrastructure fee. The only "Handling" I received was being marshaled into the ramp and a ride for my passenger to the long-term parking lot. When we left, I had to pull my own chalks and safety cones. None of which was worth $310.00. Absolutely ridiculous!!

Very good arrival & departing services. A big over charge to my credit card by the car rental was resolved with the quick manager's help. Thank you.

Very impressive. They took very good care of me during a TS Bonnie-related divert/RON. As I popped the door, I smelled burgers on the grill going and heard, "Want one?" Yes. Yes I did. By the time I was out of the plane, I was handed a full meal and invited to enjoy the lounge. Hila at the desk quickly had reservations at the local hotel for me and one of the very sharp line guys took me over. Various Signaturesí around the country seem kind of hit or miss to me. Always beautiful facilities, but sometimes not very receptive to the 100LL community. In this case though, the service, professionalism and genuine friendliness has resulted in KROA becoming my primary instead of my divert field.

As the dispatcher for today's flight, I was in need of having catering for our pilot at your facility when she landed. There are no restaurants in the Roanoke area that deliver for just one meal. Lindsey Williams of Signature ROA assured me she would have Heather's food at your facility when she landed. Lindsey facilitated having someone from your location drive to the local Panera Bread and pick up the box lunch for our pilot. This was crucial because Heather needed a quick turn back to Augusta due to forecasted thunderstorms. It could not have worked out more perfectly. When Heather returned to DNL, she personally thanked me making sure she had lunch. This is what customer service is all about. Blue skies.
