Stopped for fuel and had the normal good service from KROW approach, tower, and Avflight. But I passed on Roswell as an overnight (even with the great negotiated hotel rates!) because it's difficult to secure a ride from the FBO in to town.

Flying into Roswell is a right of passage - the first time you fly the widowmaker, you've joined an elite club of professional aviators... So stop into Avflight and pick up your widowmaker shirt! Wonderful staff (especially Adelita), easy fueling, and lots of patches to peruse!

Landed at KROW unexpectedly due to aircraft issues and was pleasantly surprised by the hospitality, exceptional service and helpfulness of the employees. The facilities were comfortable and refreshing. They were very accommodating with a crew car and support. I was super satisfied with this FBO's high degree of customer service and professionalism.

I landed KROW unplanned with an alternator failure and taxied to Avflight. Lineman Benjamin informed me that the field did not have a light aircraft A&P, but he would provide whatever help he could. I am repairman on my experimental aircraft so I was able to do the work myself. Benjamin put me in a hangar, found tools I did not have with me, and gave me connections to find help and parts. I was lent a crew car when needed, and Rafael pitched in when Benjamin was away. With their support I was able to quickly make repairs and was on my way the morning after parts came in. We all know that sometimes private airplane travel depends on the kindness of strangers, and that kindness was present in everyone at Avflight.

Our experience at Avflight Roswell was fantastic. Our ramp/fuel service was prompt and provided accurate information. Adelita helped us arrange transport and hotel. Her kindness and professionalism were exceptional. She made our stay in Roswell worth the stop.

FBO representatives; Claudia, Adelina and Analycia went above and beyond during our visit to KROW FBO. They provided us with a courtesy car, booked a local hotel and recommended local attractions during our 1-day stay. We cannot thank them enough for their wonderful hospitality!

Had a good overnight stay at Avflight Roswell. I especially appreciated the negotiated crew rate at the Fairfield and the morning pickup back to the airport. The only difficulty was getting from the airport to the hotel - Roswell is a one-taxi kind of town and it took a while.

Diverted here because of TS, ended up having to stay over night. The staff at Avflight (Adelita and Trisha) were extremely helpful and went the extra mile with their customer service. Great facility and nice fuel prices too!

On our long cross-country, we called ahead to alert them of our arrival with a handful of requests. Brandy was very good at answering my questions, taking the time to meet my requests and Claudia fulfilled them when we arrived five hours later. Looking forward to our next visit to this well organized FBO.
