This FBO was tremendously helpful when we arrived from a X-Country excursion from Florida to California we stopped off here with our C182. The staff were awesome and exceptionally helpful. We even got to use a loaner car overnight to go to our hotel and brought it back in the morning. This is one of those places I will definitely return to if I am in the area. Highly Recommend

Stopped for fuel and had the normal good service from KROW approach, tower, and Avflight. But I passed on Roswell as an overnight (even with the great negotiated hotel rates!) because it's difficult to secure a ride from the FBO in to town.

Flying into Roswell is a right of passage - the first time you fly the widowmaker, you've joined an elite club of professional aviators... So stop into Avflight and pick up your widowmaker shirt! Wonderful staff (especially Adelita), easy fueling, and lots of patches to peruse!

Landed at KROW unexpectedly due to aircraft issues and was pleasantly surprised by the hospitality, exceptional service and helpfulness of the employees. The facilities were comfortable and refreshing. They were very accommodating with a crew car and support. I was super satisfied with this FBO's high degree of customer service and professionalism.

I landed KROW unplanned with an alternator failure and taxied to Avflight. Lineman Benjamin informed me that the field did not have a light aircraft A&P, but he would provide whatever help he could. I am repairman on my experimental aircraft so I was able to do the work myself. Benjamin put me in a hangar, found tools I did not have with me, and gave me connections to find help and parts. I was lent a crew car when needed, and Rafael pitched in when Benjamin was away. With their support I was able to quickly make repairs and was on my way the morning after parts came in. We all know that sometimes private airplane travel depends on the kindness of strangers, and that kindness was present in everyone at Avflight.
