Went in to Avion Jet Center first time at Sanford Airport. Easy to get in and out on the air and on the ground. Line service met me on arrival and topped off the plane and customer service was very friendly.

Line service is absent and the employees are indifferent ... Why bother when there are other options in the Orlando area?

I stayed with Avion Jet Center on my recent trip to the Orlando area. 1) The staff was all pleasant. 2) The linemen were prompt with help for parking the plane. 3) The golf cart ride to the lobby was a nice touch. 4) Getting out of and into the airport was easy (both ground and air). 5) Their fuel prices were as advertised (including a new customer discount - very nice!). 6) Their handling of the car rental was efficient and appreciated. Considering KSFB is just about the same distance from the University of Central Florida as KORL and fuel prices are a bit lower (at least as of this writing), they'll definitely be at the top of my list when planning return visits.

Stopped by last Sat AM (6-16-07) with my airboat and was met out back by the fuel truck almost instantly. I received the guaranteed price less an airboat discount. I only took 43 gal. But you would of thought I bought the whole truckload. The staff was very appreciative and friendly. I will definitely be a return customer. Thanks for a very pleasant experience.

It's pretty inside - but Recommend you find someplace else. Just too expensive. Did NOT get "Guaranteed" fuel price and parking is $20/night (tho did get 1 free night for my fill up). They are focused on bizjets - & have priced themselves to discourage piston singles. Try Deland instead.
Response from Marty Kretchman, FBO Sales Manager, Avion Jet Center It is unfortunate Mr. Riffel feels this way, and he had spoken with me on arrival regarding our fees. He also informed me he recently paid less at San Francisco International. I was obviously concerned, so I called KSFO to verify. I was told fees for a piston single would be: $123 landing fee, $27 handling fee, and $52 per night parking. I explained to Mr. Riffel that we are a family owned facility with the cheapest fuel of the three Orlando airports, and that fees are kept as low as possible. We love our piston customers- no one is more friendly or appreciative than them, and we have made many friends from our terrific clientele. As for the guaranteed price, a quick check of his invoice shows he was charged AirNav's posted price. We know that despite our best efforts, we probably can't please everyone all the time, but we will continue to try! Thank you to our loyal friends and customers for the continued support, and thank all of you for the opportunity to earn your business!

Spent 2 days on the ramp weekend of 19-20 Aug 2006. Second trip there. Good service each time, nice FBO, friendly staff. About 20 minutes to UCF.

If you can find a better FBO -- buy it! Best service in the country. Great airport, if a 9600' runway is long enough for you! Thanks Avion-- Jim, James, Paul, Jamie and Glenn who get us in safe on overcast nights.

Beautiful facility, very friendly staff. The ramp is full of jets, but they welcomed us in our Mooney as if we were buying 1, 000 gallons of Jet A. We e-mailed Marty Kretchman the night before our departure and asked that they top off the tanks in the morning for our 0930 departure. We arrived to find the Mooney parked by the front door with tanks topped. This is a much better airport for the Orlando area if you are arriving or departing to/from the north in a small airplane.

Cessna 310R trip to SFB 3.9.06 - 3.13.06. Because line service was busy, the manager personally guided me to a ramp space. Learning that I was a new, transient customer, he drove me in his car to my hotel and made sure that I got the "new customer" fuel discount of $0.50 per gallon. Indeed, upon departure that is what I paid. Avion Jet Center is easy in and easy out, with fine staff and fine service.

Avion Jet Center sent me unsolicited commercial email (spam) advertising their services. Please do not do business with these spammers; I won't. Their low prices aren't worth the headache of more spam.
Response from Marty Kretchman of Avion Jet Center We certainly did not wish to bother Mr. Adelman with our Weekly Fuel Price Update. All e-mail sent by Avion Jet Center comes from my personal address, Marty@AvionJetCenter.com, and includes an unsubcribe link. We simply send this update out to notify aircraft operators about our great amenities and prices, as it is hard for a family-owned independent operation to get in touch with potential customers. Many other FBOs do the same thing, I receive the e-mails almost daily. I apologize for any inconvenience, had Mr. Adelman contacted me directly, I would have certainly removed him from my e-mail list and never bothered him again. Anyone else that has a similar problem, please let me know and I will personally take care of it. Thanks for checking out Avion Jet Center!
