In today with our Turbo Commander N900NE and, as always, getting best of all services. Thanks folks. Well done.

With a daughter attending college in the area, I find myself flying to Springfield pretty often. It's only a 30 minute hop from here so I have to make an effort to go low on fuel and top off at the FBO. Whether I spend any money or not, these folks are always fantastic. It's a great FBO and the people are friendly and helpful. Can't ask for any more from an FBO.

We used as a refueling stop to and from Oshkosh, and everyone was very helpful and friendly. Offered a crew car to go and get lunch and even cleaned the windows. Great Service!

We use KSFG and the general aviation terminal several times a year. Robin seems to be there most of the time and has been wonderful with customer service. The entire staff has always been courteous and helpful. Great service.

Agree with the other comments about the nice, friendly folks at the FBO. But the whole reason we stopped here was to have the oxygen topped off for tomorrow's flight. Discovered that oxygen is provided by another business on the field and is only provided during normal business hours Monday thru Friday. So, if you need oxygen, stopping here on a weekend is a bust.

One night layover on April 21. Exceptionally friendly folks and nice clean facility. Next time we'll make Springfield our destination and not just a stop over! But don't plan to hangar your plane, as the rates are pretty steep ($150~ night for single engine at some of the private hangers around the field).

I've flown to KSGF a number of times over the past year, and each time, the service has been great. Both by the prompt and helpful linemen, and the nice and helpful lady behind the counter (sorry that I forgot your name!). The FBO is perhaps one of the best I have visited in terms of cleanliness, design and availability of resources for the transient pilot. Although my school pays for the fuel expenses, I'm pleasantly surprised that the costs have not been prohibitively large. Overall, if I were a plane owner, I would visit Springfield every chance I could get. Great FBO and great service, even if it is just for a quick turn.

I got my wings at SGF. Love the people (Beverly, Cindy, Theresa, Wendy, Jim), and the place is still first class and modern with all the conveniences that you come to expect out of a larger airport FBO. Yes they have an endless coffee pot and cars to go to Bass Pro too. Can't go wrong here.

FBO continues to provide great pilot support. Flight planning area includes multiple computers and a printer. The SERVICE at the front counter and on the line is outstanding. I arrived early evening, weathered out at my destination. Met on the line and quickly tied down. Inside requested assistance getting a rental car and a room for the night. My requests were handled promptly with a smile and lots of good will! Outstanding FBO.

I wish every airport had an FBO like this! Big comfy lobby with big screen TV, wifi, flight planning room, breakroom with coffee and vending machines, pilot lounge, about 3 crew cars (3-hour maximum), and they can book a hotel cheaper than AAA.

Late night fuel stop, 1100 pm, July 2008. Called several times before landing, no answer. Asked tower on final, they called, and as I taxiied in, fuel truck was waiting. Only one person manning the FBO, but he did a superb job of getting us fueled and on our way. He was friendly, patient, and very competent. Definitely, I would stop here again!

I flew in yesterday for a few hours for a meeting. Very nice FBO. Very prompt and friendly service. They gave me a crew car. Fuel prices were reasonable. Why doesn't the downtown airport have any services? I called them first assuming they were better. They have more expensive fuel and no crew cars. I recommend SGF for a trip to Springfield.

Stopped by for a quick turn, but they parked my single far away from the empty front of their facility. A very neutral experience - too bad storms kept me from making it to my planned stop.

Stopped by 4/20. Great dedicated GA facility and clean later-model crew cars, plus easy in & out. Nice airport and good FBO.

If you call ahead, Beverly and Cindy, who are the most friendly and helpful ladies, will make sure that your rental car is waiting upon your arrival, your airplane is well taken care of, and provide whatever support you might need.

The self-service pump at SGF is currently out of service. If you tell the operator that your intention was to get fuel at the self-service pump, they will honor the SS price.

John and Robin were outstanding when we diverted in for an alternator problem in our Cardinal RG. John met us at the airplane, tied it down and helped with the bags and my wife's electric scooter, despite the 40-degree temperatures and 25 mph winds. Robin found us a cheap rental car to get us home to St Louis, and was very helpful in coordinating maintenance. Overall, they both provided world-class customer service, and we'll definitely have Springfield on our list of favorite stops in the future.

This was my second visit to Springfield airport, I will definitely return due to great service by everyone I interacted with. Branson is a bit of a misnomer; Branson is about a 45-minute drive south. You can land closer at PLK if you are looking to get into the Branson scene. But do not overlook stopping here! Great facilities and great people to serve you.

I can recommend this stop. Unplanned stop here due to weather. Nice clean facility with helpful service. Hotels nearby at crew rates and free shuttles. I didn't notice until after takeoff - they washed my windscreen! Haven’t had such services since the guys in the white hats and dino shirt patches. Thanks!
