FANTASTIC staff! AOPA member fuel discount. Easy pickup/dropoff off at John Wayne Airport. Don't hesitate to use this FBO!
From Dan Wyson on 01-Mar-2017

I haven't been to John Wayne Atlantic for a while but a change in my routes brought me back here this week and service was excellent. I was pleased to see fuel prices for Jet A had come down to what I consider very reasonable levels for a major regional. Ramp fees were very low and the Facility fee was waived with fuel. All in all a great experience. SNA is a busy airport but the controllers brought me straight in, and departure in the busy morning hours were without delay. Will definitely put Atlantic back on my list of favored stops. Can't beat the Orange County convenience.

Atlantic now holds the record for the worst FBO I've ever been to in 50 yrs of flying. Stopped in on 6/20/16 in my Mooney for 3 days of family visits with prior notification. NO one to show me where to park for several minutes. When I went in to check in I told them again I'd be there for 3 days and I needed to pick up my wife that afternoon in El Monte and come back to KSNA. I was informed that if I left the ramp without fueling I'd be charged the ramp fee. I countered saying Iím staying here 3 days? I was told in no uncertain terms that if I taxied off the ramp at any time during my stay without buying the min fuel I'd be charged the fee, l said that that policy is stupid and I'd go elsewhere. There next comment floored me WELL WE NEED TO CHARGE YOU THE RAMP FEE NOW BECAUSE YOU ARE LEAVING AND NOT BUYING FUEL! So it cost $25 to go to the other FBO on the field!

Atlantic SNA is a regular stop for us. I wish all Atlantics had GoRentals though. They are by far the car rental service on the road. The cars are always spotless and like Atlantic, their customer service is excellent. Thank you!

I just stopped down in my little Twinstar to collect my son from his Latin Convention at Woodbridge High. On arrival at lunch I found out he wanted to stay until 4pm. The entire front desk and staff was friendly and helpful. They fueled the plane just as directed. They had a crew car available. And for a surprise extended stay it was very comfortable (pilots' lounge upstairs, computers to work on in the briefing room). We will return.

We use Atlantic everywhere we can. Atlantic SNA staff and line device always treat us well. We also use Go rentals at other Atlantics the Go Rentals staff at SNA is as good as it gets. Whitney is amazing! She always gets it right and that attention to customer service shows with the rest of her reps there.

Atlantic Aviation is our preferred FBO for our corporate aviation requirement, especially the SNA facilities when in the Orange County area. The Atlantic Customer Support Representatives provide excellent services especially given the high volume and high profile clients that use the FBO. They have always accommodated our support requirements for our clients, meeting them planeside and ensuring they are well taken care from arrival to departure. Adrianna and Kirsten will definitely provide for your aviation requirements. The Go Rental Car team excels at meeting our transportation needs, especially on short notice. Whitney and Annette compliment the FBO CSR's by following through with the great services just like we receive for the airplane. I have used the SNA Atlantic FBO for the past 6 years while flying a Challenger 604 and have been very please with both the FBO CSRs and Go Rental team. I highly recommend them if your in the Orange County area.

The team of Atlantic Aviation in SNA is phenomenal! Line Service, Front desk, Valet, you name it... And of course there is GoRentals! the original location (as I recall), I have been renting there for years, great rental company that has gone huge, but kept its boutique service standards. The team at GoRentals is wonderful, awesome, all the staff they have is absolutely sharp! Easiest way to rent a car!!!
From Jeff Ludlow on 08-Dec-2015

Two weeks in a row, called ahead to set up rental car. Both times no car. Girls behind the desk all too quickly tells me that I can get one at the rental desk right there, of course no rental car company that I use and almost double the money. I don't believe in coincidences so it makes me wonder is this how they feed their on site rentals. Excuse given is that they have two new girls on in the evenings, really. Not my problem until they make it my problem, which they did. Was also told that they would have onsite rental company match My Hertz price right up until they would not. Watch out beware!
From Kyle Harmon on 16-Aug-2015

The fuel is a bit pricey, but not bad at all for a "big airport" FBO, especially after the AOPA discount. $40 ramp fee is waived with fuel purchase, overnights are cheap, and many of the rental agencies (Hertz, Avis) will deliver from the main terminal so you can often get a car for less than $20/day including tax. That, plus the fact that it's open late, makes Atlantic SNA my go-to for Disneyland and the surrounding area.
From Walter Villaume on 27-May-2015

I've used Atlantic SNA for several years. Service is always outstanding. Often met at the plane by a luggage cart, my car has already been pulled up by the Valet. The front desk is awesome, take care of any requests I have. Complimentary shuttle to commercial terminal or local businesses. I always receive outstanding service. Keep up the good work
From John Thomas on 19-May-2015

Wow, what a great FBO. Great service, happy people and smiles all around. When I'm at KSNA, this is where I'll stop.
From Ned DeLorme on 16-May-2015

Worst ever. Our aircraft was across the field for maintenance at Jays which was closed for the weekend. Atlantic refused to give us a ride out to the aircraft. Bad attitude from desk person and supervisor on other end of the phone. Zero empathy or willingness to help. This after buying over $1, 000 of fuel from the company in the last week. Will do business with Signature. Stay away.

Response from Mike Phegley, General Manager, Atlantic Aviation SNA
I apologize for not being able to provide you transportation to Jay's Maintenance. My staff was only following the rules of John Wayne Airport set in place by the airport and TSA. Atlantic Aviation is not allowed to bring any non-badged JWA aviation related businesses or persons onto the airport and leave them in an area not under our visual observation (our ramp). Jay's Maintenance being located on the west side of the field would be a violation to TSA and JWA rules. I know in the past Jay has been very good about bringing aircraft over to Atlantic Aviation when customer need weekend pickups. Again, sorry for any inconvenience.

From Ted Louis Glenn on 12-Oct-2014

Very busy, but they still took good care of us. Fuel discount for AOPA members. Ramp fee waived with sufficient fuel purchase. Overnight parking for single-engine pistons $5 per night plus $13 security fee.
From Paul Jensen on 30-Jul-2014

Nice experience overall. The only problem was figuring out where to park after landing. There are several buildings in a row and planes everywhere. For a prop plane, taxi to the far south end and tie down. Fueling was fast - within minutes of my request. The front desk was quick and professional. Excellent service.
