Flew in on a Tuesday in a Cessna 172. Out of all of the various Signature FBOs I have been to I would have to rank the Signature at STP as the best. The amenities and services meet or exceed the normal Signature standards, but the customer service sets this particular Signature apart. From the ramp agents to the people behind the desk, the level of professionalism and courtesy we received was outstanding. We will absolutely be back in the future.

On September 26, 2009 I flew a UND Piper Warrior into STP. I was a little skeptical about the "Signature" name.. But STP really surprised me. The line agent was VERY helpful and courteous! Beautiful terminal area, quiet rooms, conference areas, etc. Will definitely return if I can afford it again..

Was very happy with Signature's service, they were great help. They got a cab for us so that we could make the Twins game. 7 gallons waives the landing fee, given the fuel isn't cheap but the amenities they offer aren't either. Was very happy with my trip to STP will stop there again.

On Lifeguard departure, no Line Service anywhere, yet they must have let our ambulance thru the gate and our APU noise is a big clue we were leaving. We removed our chocks, and fired up...Then couldn't move...Left main was chocked; absolutely ridiculous on a flat ramp. This is a "Signature" procedure; another (probably) is to always assist aircraft during departures, but I guess the third shift didn't get the memo.

I had an absolutely superb experience with Signature at St. Paul Downtown Airport this month. They took care of my aircraft but most notably they went out of their way for me. With my final destination the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities campus, and not rental car planned for the week, Signature staff went out of their way to drop me off and pick me up in downtown St. Paul to access public transportation. In short, they went the extra mile to help me. A great group of people!

Stopped at Signature on a training cross-country with a student in a Seminole. Outstanding service, had a car ready for us, and the line guy took the time to explain to my student how the lines on the ramp weren't taxi lines but parking lines. Smiling faces, competent service, I'll look forward to coming back!

I called Signature at KSTP and found that if you drop and go expect to pay a $65.00 ramp fee.

Great FBO! I called 5 hours before my arrival and told them I would be flying in to KSTP for a few hours and then headed back out the same day. The staff was very nice and had a crew car waiting and parked for me at the front door. Ramp charge was waived for me because I got the plane filled up on gas. Next time I fly into KSTP I know what FBO I will be parking at.

Came into STP on a Monday at noon. A linesman marshalled me in and had the plane chocked and coned off before I even got out of the plane. The building has numerous conference rooms and the pilot's lounge has very nice leather recliners as well as free WIFI. I got a crew car and when I came back from lunch 45 minutes later my Archer was filled and ready to go. Sure, Signature is pricey, but the fact that I got prompt, courteous service in a little piston while they were busy with multiple bizjets means a lot to me.

The BEST service I have received at an FBO in years. From the line guys to the counter staff to the guy who took me to my hotel in their sparkling Caddy to the guy who picked me up the next morning -- all were great. Friendly, helpful, competent -- the whole deal. My Commander was sitting up front and center ready to go as promissed at 07:30. Can't say enough about this FBO.

They have to be the best FBO in the country. They give the same great service to the little guy as well. You will not find a more pleasant and accommodating staff. Gas not cheap but then none is. I buy the gas to just drive the crew cars, no old police interceptors here baby!

There's a reason these folks make top marks in the pro pilot surveys. We're in STP monthly with our two Hawkers and Falcons and always get treated with the absolute highest quality service experienced at ANY FBO. Crew cars are pretty neat here too;)

Regent/Million Air consistently does everything right. Perfect service. Sparkling clean FBO, Wi-Fi, Crew Cars, Avfuel bonus points and comfortable pilot's area. The even have marshmallows for the hot chocolate machine! Now that’s' attention to detail! Our passengers are always impressed. As a bonus.... STP is very easy in and out.
