I recently was contacted by Dan Capen at SJC and notified that they would like a chance to earn back my business and I'm pleased to say that they did. Thank you Dan for a good experience! It is also apparent that both FBO's on the field are interested in competing for GA business again. 100LL prices are more in line with other similar sized airports and the facilities are top notch.

Flew to Stuart for an overnight stay on business. Six-hour flight from Long Island. After a long day of flying my Bonanza and I were treated wonderfully by the staff.

If there is a FBO with a higher standard of service than Stuart Jet Center I have not found it. The staff behind the desk are attentive and accommodating as the line crew are professional.

I have received great service before, but was not pleased with my stay over Memorial Day weekend. I had called and confirmed arrival time and tie down fees and landed the C414 on schedule, between rain showers, after 4:15 hrs of flight time. Let's say a misunderstanding on fees led to hangar storage that night, but I was very surprised at the other 2 nights of the stay that were not authorized in the hangar @ $100/night! No call to inquire on day 2 or day 3, just the bill when I showed up. Then, after sumping over a pint of water from the 3 tanks of the left side, I was even less happy. The line crew was not keen to admit responsibility. I'll go to Fort Pierce and drive 20 miles and save $1.00 per gallon on 100LL.

I'm a regular at Stuart Jet Center, and I've discovered that no matter if I'm coming in a jet or a piston single I get exactly the same treatment! Which is, in a word FANTASTIC!! As aviation manager for one of the USA's largest companies, I get around the USA & see hundreds of FBOs continually. Stuart Jet Center's customer service from the lineman to the wonderful ladies at the desk is second to none! Congrats guys on a job very well done time after time. THANKS ~

I'm a based customer here at Stuart Jet Center for over 11 years and I've flown many types of aircraft out of here, and no matter what size aircraft you are, you are treated as if you were flying a BBJ or GV. The service is outstanding from the front desk to the line crew and everyone there that takes time to support everything you need every time you come in and visit or passing through. Way to go Stuart Jet, I highly appreciate everything you do.

Some of the nicest line guys out there. I come here a few times a year to pick up and drop off my grandparents. The red carpet is at your door every time it is opened. They have the freshly washed car pulled around to the airplane and loaded with bags before you can utter your fuel request. Great job guys. Keep up the good work.

From Richard Ossoff on 09-Jan-2009
Unquestionably the service fees are high. But I cannot say enough about the impeccable service and genuine and sincere courtesy we experienced. Marshalled our Cheyenne efficiently to our parking space; rental car brought to the aircraft door w/ great help loading bags; help at the front desk with some local arrangements; and all the same on departure two days later. They are friendly, well trained, well managed and it shows. Much appreciated.

Flew in to Stuart Jet Center December 6, 2008 in my '53 Cessna 180 for a memorial service and we were given the red carpet treatment to the great delight of my wife. Stuart Jet was kind enough to offer us a ride to our nearby destination. Their facility is first class with everything you need and the staff line crew and desk staff were great. Worth a stop to see this beautiful part of Florida.

From Brenden Curcio on 03-Dec-2008
Service was excellent, from the line staff that greeted our C-182 on the ramp with a courtesy car we had requested to the girls inside who had everything in perfect order. If headed to Stuart, this is the only place to stop!! Thanks again for the great service!! Brenden C-182 N1186T

From Robert Turner on 29-Nov-2008
Great service, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Tie down waived for 27 gallons of AVGAS. I will be back

From Carlos Rivera on 07-Oct-2008
With all due respect I don't know what you guys are talking about. Two weeks ago I parked my airplane for 20 minutes to drop a friend off. I was charged $40.00 for a twin Seneca. I think that this is not expensive, it's an ABUSE. I did complaint to the lady and she gave me the option: either you pay $40.00 or refuel a minimum of 30 gallons @ $6.98 or you top it off, how about that??? I was flying an older twin and I was OVER CHARGED like if I was a G550. NEVER, NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!!!! I AM DONE WITH SUA JET CENTER !!!!!!!!!!

From Bobby Bulluck on 07-Sep-2008
Flew over to KSUA to visit some friends on 9/6/08. Pull in to Stuart Jet Center. My first time there. Great FBO! One of the most professional FBO's I been to. Lineman quick and always wanting to help. The staff at the office by far the best around. I will definitely be back here.

From Tom May on 26-Jul-2008
Great service. I was there for an overnight visit and charged only tie down. No $18 ramp fee. All service folks were just great. This in the FBO to go to when you're going to Stuart.

From Brian Greene on 28-Jun-2008
Wonderful FBO!! The staff was very accommodating. We called ahead for a quick turn and we had probably 4-5 linemen assisting us with deplaning and fueling. Excellent service. When we returned later that afternoon, the same awesome service. Crew lounge is very nice as well, especially the massage chair. Top notch!!

From Michael Parker on 17-Mar-2008
Called ahead and asked if a notary was on staff and could help me on a Saturday. Representative said if I arrived by 12:30pm that "Laurie" could assist me. To my and Laurie's surprise, I needed 54 pages notarized. She stayed past her quitting time to help me. I could not have been treated better. All else on staff at KSUA Jet Center were thoughtful and treated me as though I arrived by G550, even though my tail number is always preceded by the word "Baron." Thank you.

From Wallace S Harwood on 01-Feb-2008
I usually visit Stuart several times a year in a C182 and always receive great service from the "Jet Center". From the girls behind the counter, to the guys out working the line, everyone is pleasant, attentive and very professional. What else could you ask for?

From Hugh McCallum on 27-Mar-2007
I flew my RV6 to Stuart for a business meeting and was met right on the ramp with my rental car. The lineman was very helpful and professional. The girls at the desk were efficient and friendly and got me on my way in a flash. When I returned they waived the ramp fee even though I didn't buy any fuel. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! The business associate I was with was very impressed with the treatment I received thinking I must be some kind of big shot. Despite the fact that I was in my two-seat tail-dragger I was treated like I was in a corporate jet.
