Looking to the future...We have just completed a 30,000 square foot concrete ramp expansion and widened the taxiway to accomodate all aircraft sizes. We are in the process of designing a new FBO facility and hangar to supplement the existing complex. Check back for updates!

All the counter and ramp personnel go out of their way to make sure all our needs are met. Tower and Ground personnel are also friendly and that is also appreciated. Very friendly FBO to small GA aircraft. The staff treated my single piston, wife, baby and dog great. Even though several jets and turboprops were coming in behind us, including an air ambulance, the line staff (particularly Bobby) took extremely good care of us. They offered their crew cars and called the other FBOs when our ride didn't arrive (they went to another FBO). My aircraft was fueled up requested; windshield washed (who does that anymore?), and moved the plane to the entrance in time for our return to the airport. I was given one free night of ramp tie-down w/ fuel purchase; the remaining nights were charged $25 each. Almost any other place I would have balked at such a tie-down fee (I've paid much less at bigger airports), but this place was on top of everything such that the $75 ramp charge did not make me cringe.

I flew into Spirit after a really long day and a missed approach at my home airport and was lucky enough to wind up at Aero Charter. Bobby jumped into action and got my plane taken care of while making sure that I was as treated like the owner's family. If you're going into Spirit, this is good place to stop.

VERY friendly staff. Cheapest fuel on the field. They are the first FBO on the Left off RWY 08. Free wireless Internet (although I could not connect for some reason) A computer with Internet is available. Free loaner cars for 2 hours (Pt Cruiser) they had a handy map showing all of the restaurants in the area. They lent us some high-speed tape for a field repair on our wing.

What a pleasant surprise to find this avionics shop at SUS. I have hangared at SUS for over four years and never knew about them. I needed a static check in August and had five days to get this done. I called Aero Charter Avionics and Ned Batchelor made me feel like his long lost cousin. They had the job completed within two days and at a cost that was half that quoted by the Piper dealer on the field. I have since used them for a Garmin firmware update with similar results. Although I don't look forward to any avionics repairs, it is reassuring to have this company and their team ready to respond.

Went in to Aero Charter on October 22nd in our Citation 1SP. Was met by two beautiful ladies, Rachel Arnold and Celeste Oakland. These two ladies know their business and are so personable and helpful. Was in St Louis overnight and spent most of the day at Aero Charter FBO. John an owner spent the time to get my Internet up and running, when I couldn't. Rachel even got my daughter a Christmas reservation on an airline, as she is a certified travel agent. Fuel prices were great, along with the service. We were treated as family and felt like we at the center of it. Will definitely make this our FBO at SUS.

Flew into SUS to have some avionics work done on an old, beat-up 150 I was selling. I can tell you there's no better way to feel out of place than to fly into Spirit in an old 150, and park next to Citations and Hawkers. But, the folks at Aero Charter were super friendly, treated me like an executive, and took care of my old bird in a short time. I'll definitely be back.
