Line guys came out in the rain to the plane and helped with the bags and passengers. The covered walkway was nice to keep us dry to the FBO. Very helpful and wouldn't even let us touch our bags. They even loaded them in the car for us. We will be back for STS-127 attempt #3 and will use Bristow for sure after trying both FBO's on the field.   From Don Ward on 20-May-2009 Flew into TIX for a meeting and the folks at Bristow could not have been more helpful. I had called the day before asking about the availability of a taxi and they had one waiting when I landed. A great group of people who were very helpful and friendly. They had our rental car ready and waiting for our day trip to NASA and offered to help carry anything we needed to the car. Absolutely excellent service by all. High marks for all especially for Andrea who made hotel/car reservations for us. I would go out of my way to visit this airport and FBO again. We had been to Destin and Key West.... They should have gone to the same school as Bristow. They had a rental car waiting and complimentary drinks and snacks in the FBO. On return from Kennedy the plane was fueled and ready to go. I highly recommend Bristow. Good fuel prices, and good atmosphere and convenience, nice approach to landing over the water, really close to Cape Canaveral.. When we returned and were performing the run-up the left magneto failed. We ended up having to stay the night while a mechanic flew in the following day from company owning the plane. Meredith and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us and even got a great deal at a local hotel. Definitely and outstanding FBO. Landed and Crystal was extraordinarily helpful. She helped with a ride to the hotel ($40) and with coordinating repairs upon our return. When I returned from the cruise, an alternator was waiting for me and Lee Olsen weathered the heat and humidity to help me get it installed. He went above and beyond the call of duty. Great FBO with weather and drinks. They do not have any tie downs, so bring your own. I will come back here in the future. He was very helpful in working out a great price on rental car even when the launch date changed. Very happy with the service at Bristow.   From David M.
