Flew in to Space Coast to take a cruise out of Port Canaveral. Forty minutes before landing alternator went out. Landed and Crystal was extraordinarily helpful. She helped with a ride to the hotel ($40) and with coordinating repairs upon our return. When I returned from the cruise, an alternator was waiting for me and Lee Olsen weathered the heat and humidity to help me get it installed. He went above and beyond the call of duty. Great FBO with weather and drinks. They do not have any tie downs, so bring your own. I will come back here in the future. Highly recommended.

Flew in for the day to see Space Shuttle Endeavour Launch. Kennedy Space Center messed up and I had the tickets delivered to Troy at Bristow. He was very helpful in working out a great price on rental car even when the launch date changed. Very happy with the service at Bristow.

Many thanks to Troy, Andrea and the great folks at TIX Jet Center from the crew of N550HG. Our day trip turned into a 3 day mechanical problem and they graciously offered us all the help they could. They got us a great deal on a rental car, hotel and even set up an empty hangar for us across the field where a mechanic could fix our bird. Thanks again, you all are great!

I visit TIX Jet Center on a regular basis. We generally depart late at night for home. Troy and and the "A" girls will always stick around after hours to see that we have everything we need and a warm (or cool) place to sit and watch TV, check weather etc. The crew car is first class and rightfully so for a first class operation; and if you like wings you must go to "Dogs". It is still a mystery as to where the line guys are; they just appear when you need them.

Just returned yesterday from a 3 day trip to TIX. Couldn't ask for better service. The line guys were first class and Andrea did a super job of taking care of our needs.
