Went to Tampa for a quick business / pleasure trip had a rental car reserved with Enterprise not offered by Tampa Jet. They cheerfully drove me over to get my rental and take it back late that night, early morning. Great service always.

Had a great experience with Tampa Jet Center. Called the day before to both FBOs for fuel pricing and fees. To my surprise, Signature made a good attempt to get our business, but the difference in pricing was still wide spread. Service at Tampa Jet was fantastic.

The best FBO around, period. After arriving in my 30-year old single-piston amphib, parking among aircraft whose annual inspections are worth more than my plane, and requesting only the minimum 10 gallons, the girls at the front desk still OFFERED the crew car - a brand new Mustang convertible.

Excellent experience at the Tampa Jet Center on several occasions. Will use their services whenever at TPA. Super friendly staff, new model year crew cars, prompt fueling service, immaculate facilities. I agree with the below comment from Mr. Iwanowski-- You are paying for the great service you receive in the middle of all the action at this Class B airport!

Favorable experience the past few times we've been to Tampa. Helpful staff and good service. Stop whining about fuel prices, it's a class B, what do you expect?

Best FBO's in the country. The ladies' are all extremely helpful but they have the most expensive gas in the nation plus there service center charged me $233 + for charging one battery in my Mooney Ovation

Landed in a 182 and was parked next to a Global Express under the overhang. The staff was friendly service was exceptional.

Tampa Jet's customer service is top notch. Phil always greets me by name and my expectations are always exceeded. Even the housekeeping staff greets me with a smile and a hello! The big screen HDTV with cable, excellent coffee and courtesy cars is all a nice touch.

I'll be the first to dissent. Not a bad place, but light singles are not a priority. $28/night parking, 1st night waived then 1/2 off with fuel purchase. Instead of the minimum required (which I asked for) they topped me off at over $5 per gal. The facility is as nice as any other high-end FBO at a large airport. There are plenty of small FBOs servicing GA better.

Last time I went here they told me they were no longer CAA, but AirNav site still shows it as such. I do like the facility and staff, but the loss of CAA fuel discount may trump that.

Outstanding customer service - rental car delivered to my plane before I even shut down right through a courtesy follow-up call after I returned home. Clearly this FBO wants a reputation of making everything top-notch no matter whether the pilot flies a C150 or a Gulfstream. We need more FBOs like this.

I left my aircraft at Tampa Jet center for about a week during Sun N Fun. As usual the service was great and the aircraft was well cared for. I will continue to stop here.

Flew in late afternoon on Easter Sunday... When Denni (from marketing) overheard my sister having difficulty with "pre-arranged" ground transport with cruise/hotel, she Mapquested and set up in-house transport to save the day and reduce sister's stress - Thanks to Denni for a job well done and then more above and beyond! Tampa Jet Center will be our stop whenever in town due to such attention - THANKS!
