Very convenient and good line service. Came in a piston single on the day the TBM owner’s group convention was over so it was busy. Despite that, the gals at the desk handled it well too...But for some reason, my Chevron gas card wouldn't work (and she said before she tried running it that having the Chevron-Texaco co-brand card never worked), and then they were missing the sheet that said what the required minimum fuel was needed to avoid ramp charges. So they spent some time looking for the paperwork, couldn't find it, and let me go with just a 14-gallon avgas purchase and no ramp charges.

Great place to stop. Flew in at 8pm and they were only FBO operating 24 hours. Price was right for fuel and they were very helpful. They called for pick up at Best Western Las Brisas next to airport which has a very nice restaurant connected to it called Sirocco. Would definitely recommend it. Staff at FBO and hotel was excellent.

Got charged $24 ramp fee/landing fee to just drop off a student after practicing some IFR Approaches. I didn't even go into the office, the mailed us a bill.....

Good facility with wonderful service. I used this FBO twice in the last month for ferry flights and they were all wonderful.

I parked yesterday at Tucson Executive, no help parking, there about two hours, 12.00-ramp fee as previously reported..

Have visited TUS many times and have always found the service and staff at TET exceptional in every way. Most recently in Tucson for BPPP training, and once again found this to be the 'go to' FBO in Tucson. Couldn't ask for better facilities or service. My highest recommendation, THANK YOU!

Had to divert from my homebase of AVQ due to winds on Sunday, November 9. Turns out fuel is 0.20 a gallon cheaper out of the truck then the SS at Marana, so I bought my fuel here instead. Nice facility, helpful staff, and TUS is easy to get in and out of. Tiedown fees are a little steep (12.00 a night for a single), but nothing outrageous.

These guys are great. Stopped in my C-182 for some fuel. Their price is almost good enough to make the trip from Phoenix just to fill up. Facility is tremendous.

From Scott Adams on 18-Oct-2008
Really a first class operation. Very modern and large building with super clean restrooms, vending machines, wide screen TV, couches, magazines, gift shop, pilot supplies, etc. Staff was helpful, and fuel was reasonable.

From Karl Gross on 30-Jul-2008
New $12 ramp fee unless you purchase 25 gallons of fuel - even if just picking up passengers. This is not yet on their website or listed in any other place I could find. Too bad another airport feels the need to ding the little guys away from this formerly friendly location with easy access to hotels. Recommend you go elsewhere on the field, or use AVQ. RYN is same airport authority so I'm avoiding it too.

Response from Scott Driver, Director, Tucson Executive Terminal
Executive Terminal's ramp fees, by far the cheapest at TUS, are waived with a minimum fuel purchase or a top-off.

From Gil Alexander on 30-Jul-2008
Please note that from mid-July 2008 they have instituted a $12 ramp fee, waived if you buy 25 gallons of fuel. This applies to even short visits.

Made a day trip down to KTUS from KDVT yesterday to visit the Pima Air & Space Museum. Diana at the front desk offered to call a taxi... After calling most of her regular taxi companies and discovering they were off or busy (it was Sunday) one of the linemen drove us to the taxi line near the main terminal. Very helpful especially considering we didn't even need fuel or other services. We'll be back!

From Ed Smith on 20-Apr-2008
In and out twice in the last week on quick turns - good service despite crowds for young Wright Flyers first flight experience on the last trip. Our Pugs were welcomed with dog treats. Ramp is very convenient to runways.

Executive Terminal has made some pretty nice updates to their building lately -- better TVs, better art, better furniture... Thanks guys, we notice.

From Ryan Knopf on 14-Jun-2007
Called them 15 minutes out asking for a quick turn.. Ended up waiting over 20 minutes to get gas, and had to chock ourselves. Even had to pull chocks ourselves when we left..

Awesome employees at the Executive Terminal! My wife and I flew down in an SR20 from Phoenix to adopt a dog. By the time the prop was done spinning, a lineman was out in a golf cart and tying down the aircraft. Gave us a lift to the Terminal, where we were provided with cold bottles of water. No charge for tying down as we were only there an hour or so. Will definitely come back!

April 15 2007. Couldn't have been more helpful. Very pleasant and accommodating staff. Fuel prices are fair for Jet A

Due to weather, had to change our car and hotel reservations. Susie at Tucson Exec Terminal took care of all of it for us. Very good service.

From Jeff Keith on 14-Jan-2007
Staff was ASEL friendly. Called ahead for a hotel and reservation. Hotel Shuttle was there when I got there. Lost fuel receipt and they were able to fax copy to me for re-imbursement. Highly Recommend a stop here if you need an overnight or just need fuel.

From Enrique Martinez on 16-Dec-2006
Great service as always by the guys at Tucson.
