This is my home airport. Dave Powell and his crew do a fantastic job taking care of based aircraft and transients alike. There is a nice new FBO and a new maintenance hangar. Doug, the head of the maintenance department, has been working on my airplanes for over ten years and I've never had any experience with him over charging me, but then again I expect work of the highest quality and don't expect it to be at discount rates. The shop is very, very good. Great flight school too. Dave will do everything he can to make your experience a good one.

Very accommodating, quick to respond when we arrived and they parked us and asked how they might help. Very friendly and also nice to the folks waiting for us to pick them up for an Angel Flight.

Arrived 7/13/08, Sunday Noon. Quiet place, no one around but the pilot/passenger terminal building, a nice facility, was open. A great feature at VBT is available on the ground communications with ATC. IFR or VFR clearence can be obtained prior to take off.

Great service, friendly staff. Fuel prices are reasonable, compared to many other facilities. We'll be stopping there on our next trip to NW Arkansas area. Flight instructors and line staff were all top notch. Thanks Y'all!

Maintenance shop will over charge you, be careful. Charged me 10 hours over verified with 3 other shops. Also wanted $2500 for annual priced at 3 other shops for$ 650. Also used other shop, was not going to be cheated again.

Stopped on my on my way back from Oshkosh to get fuel. Good self service pump system, went into office and was told bathrooms were in trailer next door. Doors were locked. Went on without using restroom. Otherwise good place to stop if you do not need anything but fuel.

Great place to stop! Friendly service! Overnight hangar storage. Hertz rental car available if you call ahead. Courtesy cars available. Approximately one hour drive to Eureka Springs, AR from here.
