I flew in today on a mercy med flight intending to land at KARB, but the airport was shut down due to runway conditions, so diverted to KYIP. I had a previous GOOD EXPERIENCE with this FBO, so requested them today. The weather today WAS TERRIBLE, winds exceeding 20 knots out of the Southwest, temps, at best, in the single digits, and taxied up in challenging ramp conditions, to find a lineman willing to help me. It took me over 30 minutes in the wind and excruciating temps to get the engine cowls covered and electricity to my engine heater, all with crazy help from this "line man". Only later do I discover this is "Mark" the facility manager, out in this miserable weather helping this lonely PILOT secure his airplane!! Customer Service can't possibly be demonstrated better than THIS FBO!!! I give them a 6 on a scale of 1-5!!!!!

Flew in to Willow Run for the Saturday airshow July 16th, 2022, in a 'ratty old flight school trainer'. AirNav treated us very well, even though I only bought 14 gallons of fuel. Had a nice place to sit & watch the show, along with food and drinks. Was pleasantly surprised!
