Island Air did great by me. They are remotely located behind the air Alaska BLUE bldg. at the far end of rwy 8, exit taxiway F. They'll fuel you there, then you have to taxi to transient parking about 400 yards away. No fuel truck here. ATC good, no radar until about 55N enroute to anchorage.
