Beautiful Facility, helpful lady at the front counter. They charge $35.00 for US Customs Services, but they have a separate office for the Customs guy so the price seemed fair.

Nice people, nice facility. We stopped here with our Cessna 206 for a few hours and were surprised that after filling up the crew car with $45 of gas (see previous comment) for a 15 mile ride into town and back, we were dinged with a $50 ramp fee for not buying at least 100 gallons of Avgas (which won't fit in our 206!). While I appreciate the generosity of the crew car and the nice facility, I'll probably just park in the public transient area and rent a car next time.

I was in Fairbanks for a few days, and was very impressed with how helpful Jackie was with everything! Also dealt with Connie, who was great as well. I would certainly go back. Be sure to fuel up the crew car if you use it- they said that a lot of people don't, which surprised me.

RON 8/28/07 Beautiful new facility with all the computers, phones anyone could need. The lady there took care of our hotel reservations and set us up with a crew car. Could not ask for better service.

The self service 100LL pump was convenient and the best fuel price we found in Alaska. Unfortunately the receipt printer was out of paper, but with a phone call a receipt was mailed to me.

Absolutely great service! I was in for 5 fuel stops in one day in a King Air and every time went smoothly. Great pilot amenities also. I will definitely come back.

On a yearly basis we work from Alaska Aerofuel for 2-6 weeks at a time. Consistently we receive great service and accommodation. The entire staff helps to make our work go smoothly. Their facility is topnotch, (especially the coffee).
