The line guys were super nice and very helpful--thanks guys. Keep it up. On the other hand, the counter person was distracted and not particularly friendly. Expect to be sent next door to the terminal to get your car. The facility is nice enough, but pretty basic especially considering the absurdly high price for fuel. As FBOs go, I'd charitably rate Aero Services a C- but it's your only choice in Sitka and that's what happens when there is only one FBO on the field.

We stopped here in our C-208 Caravan. Though the cost of fuel is high, the service is fine. They are very helpful and will find you a room and get you to town. We hope to go there again.

We had a great experience here. Good pie in the terminal & took a crew car to town for a couple of hours. Line service was friendly and helpful. The FBO is at the west end of the airport while most of the transient parking is at the east end of the ramp.
